Why does it take so long?!?! 2 cars in front of me and it's been a solid 15 min absolutely crazy. There are a few people working but the service is so slow. It's so unfortunate no reason it should be taking this long.

I drove 30 minutes to have a smoothie. Before I came, I made sure they would be open. Their website and Google said they close at 8pm. When I arrived at 7:50pm, the drive thru was disgusting, and they said they were closed at 7pm when everything else said they closed at 8pm. I'm hoping they didn't just want to work the last 10 min.

Very immature and unprofessional staff, young girl and boy working there on 8/26/2023 mid afternoon, the girl clearly doesnt care about what she was doing and the smoothies could've been better if she had listened to my order before cutting me off while I was speaking and actually made the smoothies the way they're supposed to be made, very unpleasant experience!
Always fresh and yummy. Please get some extra staff. Todays crew looked stressed.

I don't like smoothies so I don't know about them, but the management is horrible! You couldn't pay me to interact with them. Working for them is horrible and they treat their workers based on personal preferences. If you like smoothies then give them a go, but I will never go here after the fiasco I experienced with one of my kids when they worked here.

This is the first time I’ve had this problem with this location and was very upset by it because of how expensive the açai bowls are. I ordered one and it wasn’t even half full with the acai blend that they always fill to the top with especially because of the price I did not get what I paid for and I was in a rush or else I would’ve had them fix it. Very disappointed, not sure I’d I’ll be back .
