I got off work late around 10pm went to get some food. I got a sonic double smasher and it was wrong and purposely made like crap like honestly the worst order at Sonic I’ve ever received. It wasn’t even a smasher patty. I ordered on the app and there isn’t even a place on the app to leave a review or submit an issue.

Food was good but specific honey mustard with 3 sides got non also got a drink we didn’t order through uber eats said to contact you also his burgers said no onions got extra too.. never had this happen before u er eats said rate you and contact you for compensation I usually go through the app never had to do this just want reimbursed for it as we spent 50+ tip was 67 paid for the condiments and stuff and got none of it wouldn’t have been a big deal but I don’t have those condiments and he said no onions they gave extra

Maybe this wouldn't be a terrible sonic if I didn't have any other store to compare it to. However, compared to the Western Blvd one, the service here borderlines egregious. Order a sonic blast from here (they put nothing in it) and then order one from Western. The food on Western is consistently fresher, hotter, and portioned better. I hate when I have to order from this one. They skimp in every way they can.
