Twice I have now come to buy a drink and waited over 20 minutes for it. Both times there were only 1 or 2 other people there and all the employees were just talking to each other inside. last night I watched the girl carry my drink out to another car and thought maybe I was assuming wrong but then was told that they didn’t even see my order after I had already paid for it. Better just to go to the sonic on western Blvd

Ordered popcorn chicken, just for them to give me the burnt crispy dry pieces. So I called and they said I could come back to get a replacement. So I drove back over there and told them I had called about the popcorn chicken and I placed another order so when my order came out I didn’t have the popcorn chicken so I asked him about it and he came back out with the popcorn chicken. Then said next time have your receipt, if it wasn’t for my manager you wouldn’t be getting a replacement. The attitude was uncalled for! Definitely won’t be going to this sonic again!

I ordered from the app. Once we got to Sonic, the parking lot was pretty empty. I checked in on the app and we waited a little bit. After about 10 minutes, we hit the button to speak with someone.We were told that our order had been canceled on their side. I checked my bank account and we were charged. The young man took our order again. Then when the screen popped up to pay, we said um no. We were already charged on the app for this order.Someone finally came out.. they had two receipts. One from the app and one from the stall.We said that the 1st order is the correct order and we were told it was canceled.They said the app order was never canceled? So we wasted a good half hour just waiting for our correct order to be made.My husband never wants to go here ever again.I can understand if it was busy but it wasn't. I'm not sure where the confusion was but please speak to your employees.

Order was supposed to be ready at 12:10 my wife got there at 12:13. Order wasn’t ready until 12:25, When she got it it was missing several items. She then tells them and waits another 25 for the missing food before she decides to go in and check what’s taking so long with tots for them to tell her they already gave it out. Very frustrating and not the first time this has happened at this location.
