We thoroughly enjoyed our Shrimpburgers and fries at Celebration on the Sound at Carteret Community College. The shrimp were overflowing from inside the bun.
We'll definitely be back to your truck.
I finally got around to using the gluten free all purpose breader from Southern Breeze Seafood. I used it to bread some fresh squash from the garden and deep fried it. It was perfect! No one had any idea it was GF and they all liked it!
The crab rolls are amazing! Friendly people and fresh seafood ... definitely stop and check them out!

Southern Breeze Seafood offers delicious seafood, including live oysters and a garlic butter steampot. The service is commendable, with staff who are helpful and attentive, providing excellent catering for events. However, the garlic butter steampot has a strong garlic flavor. The crablegs are slightly thin, but the food is overall enjoyable and served in a timely manner.
The restaurant is consistently fantastic, with fresh seafood, seasonings, sides, and even kitchen tools available. The fish is always excellent, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. The seafood shop is exceptionally clean, and the seafood is prepared with care. The owner is also highly praised by customers.
In addition, the restaurant offers delicious Shrimpburgers and fries, with the shrimp overflowing from the bun, which were enjoyed at a recent event.
