I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and never have I experienced such horrible customer service. This past Saturday I went it for some coffee and the young lady behind the counter was extremely rude and treated me as if I were a child. I was speaking normally yet she wanted me to raise my voice so she could hear me but she asked me to raise my voice in such a condescending way as if she wanted to mess with me. I also asked her if she had tried the new matcha drink to kind of get her opinion on it and she blatantly ignored me and started cashing me out. When I asked her again she screamed at me that she has never tried a drink from there. At the end of my encounter with Josiah she stormed off and stomped her way to the back room. I asked Josiah’s coworker for her name and she happily obliged.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a worst Starbucks. I did a pickup order to help out the baristas since I understand it might get a bit busy for them. Order said it would be ready for pickup at 6:41. My husband went in at 6:43 and came out 10 minutes later. See this would be acceptable if there was a line of cars and it was extremely busy but that wasn’t the case. I then went to eat my food just to see the food expires today, we go back to the drive through to see if they’re able to give me another one due to it expiring today and it looking green on the top (I usually get the same thing every time and it’s never dark green the way it was). Leah the girl at the window was extremely rude and condescending. I’ve worked fast food before and would never treat a guest like that. Mind you, I was extremely level headed and not with a rude tone at all. Once she started acting rude and condescending, I started giving her that same energy. When I told her the date it said it expires, she looks at her phone and says “it’s still good today” and I asked if I can just get another one and we can do an exchange because it looked that bad. She said “I can but it’ll just look the same” while rolling her eyes. Then proceeded to give me another one, that also expires today. Learn better customer service, many others I have been around have said the same thing about this place. 0/10 stars if I could.

These people here are insanely rude, do not care about customer service to any extent, and seem very unprofessional. you’ve got one of them smacking gum while and completely ignoring everyone, and the other worker is rushing you to get out of the way. I asked her “how is the pistachio frappe?” and i got “uh yea ig” with zero eye contact and then i ask if it’s sweet and i get a “i mean i can add vanilla” with an eye roll. i got a cake pop and she drops it on the counter in front of me. this is absolutely ridiculous. this was on 3/3/24 at about 1 pm in case someone else who works there reads this. this is disappointing when coming to a Starbucks and completely constricts y'all's brand and what y'all stand for.

So I had my phone out to scan to get my points I headed out the whole time The lady ignored me so I paid for my drinks and then she goes laughed and said oh it's too late for that and I was like I was standing here with my phone and she goes well I've already totaled you out too late okay cool whatever so I'm waiting for my drinks they don't even call my name even though I standing there watching you they call your name when it's ready she didn't even call my name because I guess since because I told her whatever for not scanning my points I'm ignorant no thank you ma'am you are

Went to Starbucks this morning during my target run. The two girls in the morning were very unfriendly. I ordered my drink and a cake pop for my son and asked for a water for him. The girl at the cashier said they were out of water. Which I thought was weird because everything you make is made with water. but okay I said no problem. Paid and went to wait for my drink. While waiting the other girl laughed and said "I normally say we don't sell water" so clearly she just didn't want to give it to me. I've gone to a million locations and have never been told we can't get water. I would understand if it was busy. But There was no one in front of me or behind me. We were the ONLY ONES there. and I also did order something not like I didn't. The cashier seems unfriendly from the start not even a single smile when taking my order. I understand if people are having a bad day but to take it out on customers for no reason. This isn't even about the water but the fact that they made me very uncomfortable and basically laughed at me. I will from now on go to a different location even if this is convenient while shopping at target.

I’ve been to this location quite a few times and I have to say I do enjoy buying drinks while I’m shopping around target. My drink orders have always been perfect, the workers are really nice and friendly. And I really appreciate that they have different types of special drinks on the board that are some of their favorites. I just tried recently the blood orange, it’s on the Halloween menu. It’s pineapple refresher with strawberry and peach purée. It was really delicious, and very different. I normally don’t typically get those types of drinks but I’m glad I took a chance. It was well worth it. The Starbucks inside of Target is always clean, and since it’s super popular there’s always a line. But that doesn’t bother me considering that I can get a delicious drink while I’m shopping. I do definitely recommend grabbing a drink while you’re inside Target, and check out the chalkboard with different drink ideas. You won’t regret it!

I normally have a good experience since I work in one of the shops near target. Today however was not a good experience. After I ordered and got my cheese danish and my coffee the barista gave me a dime lid and said they was out of flat lids and the sipable lids. The crazy thing was, I was looking right at the lids and could see that they had plenty. They had a sign that said they was out of whipped cream but the barista was asking if people wanted whipped cream. Once I got to work I found a hair on my cheese danish and I didn’t have time to go back and ask for a new one since I had to clock into work.

Usually the service here is pretty slow, but today was exceptionally slow. The one girl (Ribu was her name I think) was the only one working, taking and preparing orders, while the other one was just hanging there talking to the one other girl that I assume works on the back, plus another one that did not work there, while the line was backed up almost to the entrance. We waited almost 40min in line.

Was served decaf. Fell alsleep on 4 shots of espresso, I think not. This Starbucks sucks!! I wish I could get my$7.50 back cause seriously what's the point if you serve me decaf!!!

Was served decaf, but didn't realize it until the headache hit later that day. At 9 months pregnant, it's not YOUR choice if I consume caffeine, make what I ordered.
