Worst customer experience of my life! NEVER in my 46 years have I ever had a barista so disrespectful and rude, let alone so miserable to interact with. The amount of snapback I received is incredibly unprofessional and I've had better interesting with a 5 year old. I couldn't see a name tag but he was quite tall. Best believe I am never coming back to Starbucks with him on shift again!

Nasty attitude from the girl with the braids for no reason. I tell her my drink was made wrong and she proceeds to tell me she didn’t make the drink. Not the correct response. You work here, I’m relaying the message that my drink was made wrong just fix it, no need for the extra commentary.

whoever the girl was with the brown hair ponytail, sharp voice and attitude yesterday 9/21/2025 needs some training on her tone and attitude. she barely let us order without rushing as, almost threw our drinks at us out the window and hit the top of part of the window on our vehicle and asked if we wanted any straws without us saying anything and told us to have a good day. we were not pleased with this experience.

To anyone considering this location to study, read, or just an overall calm coffee-house vibe, this spot might not be for you. The atmosphere of this Starbucks isn’t conducive to even have a conversation because of how extremely loud and upbeat the music is, even when asked to lower the volume. Also, if you plan to stay at this location for a while, bring a jacket if you get cold easily and be sure to ask a barista for the bathroom code and memorize it as you’ll need it each time to use the bathroom. Otherwise, the food and drinks at this location are great and if not, the service will easily fix your order.

Very disrespectful and racist.I’m 50 years old but the young girl she threw my oder on front counter said: here yours. And she served the lady behind me with the bag and hand it to her. I was hurry to work so I walked out. Never again this star bucks

I am normally one to not do reviews but I’ve gone to multiple Starbucks and I have never had an encounter how I had it last Sunday on August 24th. I was asking the barista about a drink for a coworker so she asked the other guy barista that was working there if the drink was still available through their headset. He responds with the nastiest attitude asking her “well did she order one” the barista who was helping me had told him no that I was just wondering. He proceeds to respond back with “well it’s not on the menu.” She came back over to me and told me that they don’t carry it anymore and how they can customize it to remake the drink. I thanked her and left. This was super unprofessional and there is no reason to speak to your coworkers the way he did, let alone have the attitude he did with her that radiated off to me.

This is a new city, new state, and a new Starbucks for me. I have been foing to Starbucks for the last 20 plus years. I have my favorites where I came from. This store does not fall short of what I expect from a good Starbucks. They have gotten to know me, my coffe choice which is awesome. 95% of the time you walk in and you can always get a greeting.

food was ice cold we waited 20 minutes and it was cold very disappointed didn't start making my mac and cheese till we asked about and they said it will take a minute but it took forever

I stopped by to get a drink through the drive through and I ordered a pink drink and a cheese danish with some modifications the guy was so rude almost as if it was a bother to take my order. When at the window he gave me my cheese danish and he said have a good one we mentioned I hadn’t gotten my drink yet he turned around grabbed it and very rudely handed it over and said “here” with a very bad attitude! I love Starbucks but things like this ruin the experience one just trying to enjoy my drink!

This is the second time I came to this Starbucks and ordered the same thing both times and both times I was charged for extra caramel and and extra caramel crunch and did not receive neither. They both times charged me double crunch but gave non at all. I am so upset because I work hard for my money and my time is money. I had to get back to work both times with no time to go back when I noticed so I actually took pictures as proof this time. For the price Starbucks charges they should at least get it right. It wasn’t even a busy time of day

This starbucks is my favorite. Not only are the drinks delicious, but they are also pretty. You can tell that people there are really doing their best.
