My shaken espresso is always $7.70, always has been forever and ever and today they told me the same price as usual, when I get to the window the tipping option isn’t there and the total is $8.70. The audacity to tip yourself and not let the person know is borderline criminal. Taking peoples money without any regard, no asking or anything. I regret not circling around to the parking lot and having a word but I just might later anyway because this is ridiculous.

I come through in the mornings and most of the time the dumpster door is propped open. We already can’t see oncoming traffic because of where it’s positioned but with the door open, it’s outright dangerous. Someone is going to get hurt.

My coffee tasted different than usual and wasn’t exactly what I ordered so I went back by just to ask to add cold foam because it didn’t have any on. I felt bad being a pain in the ass and I offered to pay but the girl at the drive thru (didn’t get her name) was so sweet and remade the entire drink even though I was totally fine with just adding cold foam. It tasted way better. I appreciate it!!! Made going into work on this rainy night so much better.

First time ever trying this location...and I will never go back...I just wanted a caramel frap with no whip...I got whip...I asked them to fix it and they got an attitude about it...I watched them just scrap it off and the lady actually spit in a new cup and just dump the old drink on top of the spit...I left and didn't even get my drink

A year ago the environment of the establishment was great, happy, and upbeat. Since then, I have witnessed who I am assuming is the manager disrespect their employees in front of customers numerous times. In September I witnessed employees desperately asking said manager for help, the lobby was so overfilled, and she continued to power wash the patio. It creates a hostile environment for the customers, who are unable to enjoy their drink because the tension is almost tangible. Very disappointed.

So I don't understand why you can't use the app at this Starbucks. If you could please answer this for me it would be greatly appreciated.
After coming here everyday about half the time they make my drink wrong. It’s a simple iced coffee and i say the same thing every single time. On the occasion I will get a barista being smart about how they made the drink but then after explaining what i ordered she clearly realized she made it wrong and then offered to remake it. If they could improve the accuracy and customer service i’d probably spend more of my money here again

I’m a regular costumer at Starbucks bcoz I wanted to go the mall so I stop by Starbucks across the Jacksonville mall NC for 2x already I don’t understand why the always waited me too long I see a lot of workers inside but most of them not doing anything,the 2nd day I was there I don’t see any online order on the table bcoz it’s empty but the let me wait too long most of them not doing anything again,I prepare Starbucks target the do there job so well there very quick,I never buy any Starbucks across the mall again…
