Waited 27 minutes for a black cold brew before going up to the register again to ask about how much longer it would take. I tried earlier to ask one of the employees and the employee looked at me and ignored me. Thankfully when I went up to the register, a different employee made it right away in about 15 seconds.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but lately they’ve been making a lot of mistakes. Today they burned my coffee cake, my caramel macchiatos have been tasting terrible and several times they’ve left off add ons that I’ve paid for. I go on my quick break from work, I don’t have time to inspect my items before I leave the drive through so I end up paying for garbage.Parking: Small one way lot
It says the close at 10 but they shut down early then what is listed…

The cashier was extremely friendly and patient with me and my 8 year old son. Not only were our drinks were ready in record time, the barista was friendly as well.
