The lady with the dark hair working the window right now that just looks at you with her mouth open was very rude. Asked for help ordering drink, not suggestive or helpful at all, basically pushing us along. my order was basically milk and she was gone as soon as she handed me my drink.
I ordered a vanilla bean frap and got a watered down cup of cream & blocks of ice in it. Pretty sure it’s supposed to taste like vanilla bean idk that’s just me tho

long story but it’s a good read. on 1/23/2025 i had to go through the drive-thru for a doordash order because the inside was closed from 1pm-5pm (very odd time to close the inside of a starbucks but whatever). originally it was just me & one other car in front of me, nobody was behind me. i had to pick up 2 doordash orders for the same person. the pickup time was 2:07, i arrived at starbucks at 2:02 , i was in the drive-thru until 2:28 sitting behind the other car at the window. when i got to the window , the boy verified the customers name & reiterated that there were 2 separate orders for the same person and i confirmed. he then told me they didn’t have cranmerry for one of the customers orders and asked me to check what else they would like. the customer said any refresher will do and the boy made it , handed it to me in one bag , and said “have a good day”. i said “is this for both of her orders?” , he looked at me confused and then goes “oh right , there were two for that one” he walked away , came back and said “so we actually haven’t even started on the other order for that person , can you just go back through our drive thru?”. i’d like to clarify , the first order was JUST a grande refresher. the order they didn’t have ready was 2 coffees. that’s it. at this point it’s now past 2:30 and there were people behind me at the speaker. so i said “no because this needed to be ready at 2:07 and i sat behind that other car at your window for 20mins”. he ROLLED HIS EYES and walked away and this other girl came up (as if her saying it was gonna do anything at all , but she tried it anyway) and she says “so we need you to pull around again because YOU are running up our timer” uhmmmm excuse you ??? it’s literally not my fault y’all didn’t have the first order ready after i had been in your drive thru for 30 mins. so i said “i get that , but i was sitting behind that other car for 20mins…” and she LITERALLY WALKED AWAY in the middle of me talking to her. guess she realized i wasn’t moving & hurried up to make the two coffees because less than 2 mins later , the boy returns with the bag for the second order. as i’m pulling out to leave , i see that the drive thru line is literally WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING. they were actually gonna try to make me wait through a whole line (probably another 30 mins at least) just bc THEY didn’t make the order when it was supposed to be made and then gave ME attitude for it. it was a taller, skinny white boy with glasses and facial hair & shorter white girl with darker hair and light colored eyes (i think they were green. she’s pretty but very ugly on the inside from the experience i had with her). didn’t get their names, but you have the date & times and there are cameras so management can check to verify if needed. whoever they are , they need retraining on how to work a drive thru & make doordash orders. considering it was literally just one other car & myself at first , there’s absolutely NO reason the first order couldn’t have been ready. i’m a platinum dasher , don’t need my ratings messed up due to your employees incompetence and lack of work ethic. they inconvenienced me & all the other customers behind me simply because THEY didn’t make two coffees when they were supposed to be ready. going through the rest of the reviews , management doesn’t respond to anybody so clearly they don’t care and things probably won’t change. i recommend going to a different location to avoid receiving unnecessary attitude and long wait times.
IDK why my review was taken away so I’m reposting it. This is being left after multiple issues over a long period of time. This location (YOPP RD JACKSONVILLE NC) ALWAYS seems to be out of something. Today it was half & half. I ordered my drink with light ice, it even says it on the sticker. My cup was almost completely full of ice. This happens regularly. I paid $8 for a drink I got only a couple sips of because there was so much ice in the cup. I recommend going to a different location if you want Starbucks.
Out of 6 employees not one was friendly or acted like they wanted to be there or cared if I was. I was one of 2 customers inside and no cars in drive-thru so the excuse they were busy or overwhelmed is mute.

Came into the store, Noah was my cashier. He is amazing. He asked for my name and I have been bullied for it in the past because my name is different. I tried making a joke of my name, because it’s a defense mechanism for me. He didn’t like it and was just so sincere and genuine. He really doesn’t know how much that right there made all the bullying mean nothing. Thank you Noah for making me realize my name is mine and mine alone.
To the barista staff! You guys have the best attitudes and passion for your amazing work. Thank you for making my visit awesome!

I came through the drive thru today (9/1) for my birthday drink and Jackson helped me customize it to make it literally one of the best Starbucks drinks I’ve ever had. He was super nice and patient with me, and he really made my birthday feel special. For anyone wondering, definitely get the apple oat milk cold foam on the apple shaken espresso. It’s so good.

I ordered the same drink as my friend except I added extra of the freeze dried strawberries which neither of us got. I paid $0.80 extra for apple juice and it didn’t taste like there was any in it. I got way more ice and my drink was way lighter as you can see by the picture. Mine tasted like it was the basic açaí with hella water barely any base and no apple juice. There was only a few cars in drive thru and no one inside yet it took over 10+ mins for two drinks though like I stated we were the only people inside.

They are constantly screwing up orders and I’m so so sick of it. They gave me spoiled milk in my white mocha a few months ago, I left a yelp review. I gave them a second chance and they almost killed me by putting cinnamon in my white mocha that I didn’t ask for (I’m allergic to cinnamon) I called and got a $4 gift card, less than the value of my drink. I stupidly came back again and asked for a pump of hazelnut nut sauce in my Java chip and they just slapped it on top of the whipped cream. Granted they gave me the sauce but I specifically had said in my drink not on top. This Starbucks Is the only one I consistently have issues with and it’s driving me insane. Please get baristas that know how to properly make drinks… this place is awful

Probably fine if you dont order through the mobile app. Otherwise expect a 30 min or more wait. The drive through seems to being much faster.
For the love of all things PLEASE STOP using a double cup if you don’t have cup sleeves!! The lid does not sit well on top because of it and the minute you grip the cup with any pressure (because there’s two of them so you need a better grip) the lid POPS OFF!! This is the second time in a week that this has happened and I’ve ended up with HOT chocolate spilled all over my lap, clothes, car, etc. while transferring the drink from the drive thru attendants hands to my cup holder. To the extent that your employees handed me handfuls of your white cleaning rags. The first time I had to immediately take my car to the car wash, run the carpets thru the washer and wipe everything down. Otherwise my car would have smelled rotten in the hot day. Seriously. STOP double cupping. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen!
