Honestly the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Friday afternoon/evening, peak hours and only two employees working! Don’t accept online orders if you’re barely keeping up with your in store ones. If you have spare 30min to wait for a drink, this is your place. Do not order here otherwise. Drive 3min up the road to the new one.

My favorite Starbucks to go to! Everyone is always so nice and they write the sweetest/funniest little notes on your cups! My coffee is always perfect!

I come here a lot in the mornings before work. I believe one of the opener’s names is Andrew, and he’s always super happy and funny (even at 5am). I don’t know if I’ve ever had a bad drink from this location, and I love the opening staff.

The staff is absolutely lovely. I've come to enjoy seeing the familiar faces and being greeted so kindly on the days I grab my refreshers. Drinks are great, too. Keep up the great work, you all!

I placed a DoorDash for 2 grande iced lavender cream matcha lattes with blonde espresso, both were made incorrectly with dark roast. After getting a refund through DoorDash and placing a second delivery order, I decided to call to ensure that the drinks were made correctly and was very polite about it. When I called, I told her that I had a DoorDash order that was made incorrectly and we placed a new one and just wanted to make sure it was made correctly. She said she didn’t see either of our orders and then said “is this for a mobile order?” And I said “no, it was a DoorDash order” (which I stated when she picked up the phone) to which she replied with “that’s a delivery order, that’s a little different” with clear attitude in her voice. Then after finding my order, she said “I packaged those and they definitely had blonde coffee in them”. To which I stated that the matcha was extremely dark so I could tell it didn’t have blonde coffee in it right away, especially because this is my go to order and I’ve worked in the coffee industry. After I noted the appearance color of the drink, she then proceeded to tell me that it was matcha and the color had nothing to do with if it was dark or blond coffee (which is false, because if you’re putting 3 shots of dark roast coffee in a light colored drink, it’s going to make the drink darker as a whole). Then after I stated I could also tell it was dark roasted based off the taste as well as there not being any lavender cold foam (because matcha does not taste good with dark roast in my personal opinion and my s/o and I haven’t even touched the drink since because even he noticed something was wrong with the drink and there was no foam on the tops of either drink), the worker started talking over me to where I started to get frustrated and said “never mind, it doesn’t matter”, the worker then hung up on me. At least they remade our order correctly. Pictures posted so that you can clearly see it was made incorrectly the first time and can see the clear discoloration of the matcha due to there being dark roast and not blonde as well as no lavender cream cold foam. I also RARELY EVER post reviews and was trying to be kind about it when I called, but the worker who answered was so unprofessional and rude.

Friendly, welcoming staff, clean interior/exterior, and clean restrooms. Location provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups. The three orders I placed were as expected except for the new chicken tortilla was a bit of a disappointment. All of the drinks were on point.

Over priced for coffee
I come into this location about twice a week for the past 4 months to do work for an hour or so. Never have I ever had to wait about 20 minutes for one iced shaken espresso. This was today at 3:35 I ordered my drink and didn’t receive it until 3:55. The cashier was rude from the start telling me to go to the other Starbucks up the street because they were out of a certain drink instead of answering my question on the other syrups I can get. Overall, the wait time is what did it for me. I waited that long when I watched maybe 4 cars go through the drive through and there was no one else inside besides me and the 3 other baristas.

Well I don't eat Starbucks. I went to pick up a door dash order and they opened the window but I couldn't pick up the order cause they were closed for inclement weather . But they were working inside . I lost my delivery cause of them

Came here to read for a few minutes and have a coffee. THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD!
Almost club loud! Not a comfortable environment for anything, could't even concentrate on my book. I wouldn't even bring a friend here to chat. Use to be my favorite place but not anymore. Took forever to just get a coffee. A few tables were dirty.

I frequently come to this Starbucks and for some reason today at around 1415 the young lady working the register was pretty rude. How difficult is it to say hello ( I say hello how are you today) and even after I paid for the drink (adding a tip btw) not even a thank you. As I walked down to the end of the counter the same young lady is saying thank you/ have a nice day to the lady in the drive through! Don’t understand
This is being left after multiple issues over a long period of time. This location ALWAYS seems to be out of something. Today it was half & half. I ordered my drink with light ice, it even says it on the sticker. My cup was almost completely full of ice. This happens regularly. I paid $8 for a drink I got only a couple sips of because there was so much ice in the cup. I recommend going to a different location if you want Starbucks.
The Google opening time for this location is 5am on Sunday. When I arrived at 5am, the door sign ALSO read 5am opening time.
However, the staff member came to the door and turned me away saying they don't open until 530am.
When I pointed to the door sign, she simply shrugged and said "well, it's wrong. It's 530."
I live in a town with no Starbucks, so I drove 25 minutes to this location based on the Google time posted AND it was confirmed on the door upon arrival.
PLEASE FIX YOUR SIGN and train your staff to honor the times posted on the location. Its an inconvenience when your employees can't abide by opening times listed on a website and the store door in print.

I ordered a grande vanilla iced chai latte, when I pulled up I ended up receiving a tall and it tasted only like vanilla. Usually love this store but this was majorly disappointing! Spent 8$ on a drink that was small and overbearing with vanilla. I was busy and had an appointment so I couldn’t go back but still tipped the nice man at the window.
