I’ve come here often and never had an issue. Today was different. We had multiple people come in after us and their orders were done first. Specifically one person came in well after other people left and we were still waiting, yet her stuff was made before ours. Then when my name was called the barista made a face as if she was disgusted by the name on cup. She sets the second one down without even calling the name but turns to the woman she helped before us and starts smiling and chatting. Not sure why we were treated that way but you’re a business and a well known one. Don’t treat your customers that way.

I ordered a hot coffee with extra sweet cream and vanilla syrup. My coffee barely had any cream and there was no syrup added. The lid was also cracked and leaked all over my shirt. So I went back and asked for a remake. I was informed that the coffee machine was down and they offered to substitute with an Americano. I was then handed an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. This was in inappropriate substitute for my original drink. Over all a frustrating experience. I’m constantly having my drinks made wrong at this location that I’m going to start avoiding it and just go to the swansboro location.

This was a good Starbucks. The employees were friendly; however, I love my brown sugar iced shaken espresso and it wasn’t up to snuff. It would go there again but would give more explicit direction.

Just pass by this one and go to the one by the mall
I was taking a group from out of town to a meeting. So we called ahead of time and spoke to the manager. We explained we would be there in about 30 minutes and we have 25 people on board and maybe 15-20 would get coffee. She said ok. Well we arrived and she the manager met us at the door very aggressive and said we are not ready for you and we are not set up. She was very rude and so with that experience. Only a few people got coffee. We left. We were very frustrated at how we were treated by her. If you look at the cameras you will see us all coming in and her rushing to the door. This is not professional. If I was a DM here I would fire her on the spot. We didn’t want anything special just coffee. The picture is of the one who approached us and was so so rude. The one circled is the one who was so aggressive toward us.

All the drinks we purchased tasted good and were presented well. The environment is mostly clean but often what appears to be too few employees working which could contribute to the facilities as well as the length of the line typically when ordering.

This location is always amazing with their service! Today was certainly above and beyond - I asked if the gals could write a little “happy birthday” for my daughter and they did not disappoint! Not only does the cup look amazing, the ladies were so friendly and happy in appeasing this small request! Thank you so much!
