I ordered on the app and they had my drink ready within 2-3 minutes, it was exactly how I ordered it & tasted amazing! The girl that was working the register was very sweet!

Ordered a coffee through the drive through this morning (Dec18) and every time I took a sip, I would get an overwhelming smell of hand lotion. I'm assuming one of the employees had lotion on and pressed the lid on with their whole hand. Overall unpleasant.

Dirty environment, disrespectful baristas, uncomfortably loud music (even through noise canceling headphones, absolutely no work can be done), mediocre luke warm coffee, etc. Worst starbucks experience Ive had yet.

They don’t follow 2025 Starbucks Refill policy. When you ask for one, they talk to you like you’re stupid and have never heard of such a thing.

I visited this Starbucks today and had multiple handcrafted drinks and food while dining in. When we asked for the free refill that Starbucks clearly advertises for in-store customers, the staff refused and said they “don’t do free refills.” We even pointed to the decals on the table that read: “Ready for a refill? Enjoy your handcrafted or brewed drink in our café and receive a free refill of hot or iced brewed coffee or tea.”

Their response was simply, “That’s not what our manager said — we only give free refills if you order a brewed coffee or tea.” It was incredibly frustrating to be denied what is openly promoted inside the store. The lack of consistency and dismissive attitude made the experience very disappointing.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and unfortunately, it’s consistently bad. The baristas are extremely rude and seem to have the worst training imaginable — they have zero understanding of company policies and no sense of customer service. The windows and bathrooms are always dirty, which says a lot about the overall management. To make matters worse, some employees make snide, sarcastic remarks and even publicly embarrass customers because of their own ignorance. It’s unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs.

I’ve come here often and never had an issue. Today was different. We had multiple people come in after us and their orders were done first. Specifically one person came in well after other people left and we were still waiting, yet her stuff was made before ours. Then when my name was called the barista made a face as if she was disgusted by the name on cup. She sets the second one down without even calling the name but turns to the woman she helped before us and starts smiling and chatting. Not sure why we were treated that way but you’re a business and a well known one. Don’t treat your customers that way.

I ordered a hot coffee with extra sweet cream and vanilla syrup. My coffee barely had any cream and there was no syrup added. The lid was also cracked and leaked all over my shirt. So I went back and asked for a remake. I was informed that the coffee machine was down and they offered to substitute with an Americano. I was then handed an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. This was in inappropriate substitute for my original drink. Over all a frustrating experience. I’m constantly having my drinks made wrong at this location that I’m going to start avoiding it and just go to the swansboro location.

This was a good Starbucks. The employees were friendly; however, I love my brown sugar iced shaken espresso and it wasn’t up to snuff. It would go there again but would give more explicit direction.
