Service here was horrible. I paid $5.00 for a 16 oz drink, the cup was filled with ice, there was maybe 6 oz of the drink, and I was simply told "this is how we are told to make them." No offer to remedy the situation, when it was obvious that there was not 16 oz worth of the drink. Then they expect to get tipped for horrible servce.

Used the mobile app to order a traveler box of coffee 20mins ahead of my arrival. On my way I received a message on my phone saying my order was ready. When I showed up the barista said it was going to be 10minutes until it was ready. Frustrating having to wait longer especially when I received a message saying it was ready

I only get a drink from here when I run out of my Starbucks coffee machine pods. Of course today was one of the days. I don’t get why I go back because every time I order a Cold brew or Shaken espresso, I get a cup of milk. Neither of these drinks should even be served stirred like this and if they are, they should be way darker. If I wanted a cup of milk, I’d order a latte. I’m sure that would be messed up too.2 stars because my dog enjoyed the pupcup.

I have given this location multiple chances. I know places have off days, but every single time the espresso is bitter or the cup is short. So I decided to try the tall matcha latte today. The cup felt light when handed to me. Once the foam went down the cup was half empty.

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks in the world. It took 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order, which was completely melted by the time we received it. There was only 1 person in line inside.

Their coffee smells so good just driving up to the window. I like they've added a feature so you can tip if you'd like to on card purchases. Free Wi-Fi. Public restrooms( a must). Speedy lines, usually depending on day. Their espresso flavorful coffees ( hot or cold) get me through some low energy days.

I have been to this location a few times since it opened but after today, I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to a local place. It took 45 minutes to get a coffee and a bakery item as a mobile pickup today. There were 15-20 people waiting for their orders many of whom said that they had been there a long time. It took 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready to get my coffee and I waited an additional 10 minutes before asking about the bakery item. I was told they didn’t have enough people to get bakery items. After waiting another 10 minutes I finally went and got in my car to go through the drive thru to get my order. The girl said my food was sitting in the pile for drive thru. Not a single person apologized to any of the customers and I can assure you, no cup of coffee or pastry is worth waiting 45 minutes for. Absurd.
