Food was ok, I ordered an Italian sub. I've had way better elsewhere. The establishment looks very dated and dirty, the girls were either having a bad day or just don't want to be there lol. I would go back only if the place was renovated a bit, it just isn't a place I feel comfortable ordering food from.

I came here almost 2 months ago. I ordered a chili dog and a turkey and cheese sandwich. The chili dog tasted like it was cooked in the microwave with cheap quality ingredients. The sandwich wasn't that good either as it also tasted like it made with cheap quality ingredients too. It was a waste of money coming here. I'm never coming here again.

Fresh bread, large subs & fresh ingredients! We went out of out of our way to support a family owned, local business & was delighted with our lunch!

I had the opposite experience. No one made eye contact , one word answers. Place is dirty and the kid at the register was like a robot. Sub was fair. I had the last bun in the bag and it was soft , but tasted stale. Very little interaction going on entire time. Never again.

Man oh man! I had a toasted Italian sub on wheat bread, omg DELICIOUS! Normally, I would get Italian or white bread but Ciara recommended the wheat bread. She was on point with that recommendation! She also was soooo sweet! She greeted me with a warm smile and was so patient with all my questions. I will never go to Jersey Mikes again as long as I’m in Jacksonville!!! Thank you for your outstanding recommendations and amazing customer service, Ciara!!!

Was told the lobby was closed. Yall probably shouldn’t be open then if you aren’t willing to let people eat.
Also burnt the hell out of my bread on my meatball sub. Which, as the only customer, is impressive.
The meatball is way too messy to eat in my car so I’ll just throw it out. Thanks so much. Won’t ever be back

Had a pastrami sub. It was awesome. Inside looks dingy, and the workers are not personable. The sub bread was so fresh.

It's been a little bit since I've been here, but I love the pasta salad & the old decor! I need to go again, but they're closed when I go by. They're right next to Ollie's & I haven't been there in a while either.

Subs were simply delicious. So upset it’s taken years for us to try them.

So this would have been a 5 star, but the girls told me they're not allowed to put any condiments or toppings on the kids' sandwiches after I had ordered them and paid. This was my second visit, and I would have recommended this place but unfortunately have no reason to return since we can't add anything to our kid's sandwiches. For the record, it was lettuce & mayo on one and lettuce & mustard on the other. So, while you might have kid options, it is definitely not a kid-friendly menu.
Never a bad sub from here...

It’s a cute spot but the customer service is garbage. Everyone behind the counter was miserable and had the look of dread anytime a customer walked in. With all of the background noise, the couldn’t speak loud enough for us to hear them on the other side. I had to request for them to repeat themselves multiple times. Communication between the staff and customers needs improvement that’s for sure. The food was reasonably priced and tasted awesome. I purchase 4 whole subs and asked for a cup of water and was told I would be charged for a cup of water which is illegal in most states.Every aspect of the experience reminded me how cheap the owners must be with the sticky tables, the dirty floors, the outdated signs and the pieces of paper randomly written that say “no admittance, customers only” for the bathroom and “once you leave the establishment, you cannot get a refill thank you mgmt”Subs were good but they have no business advertising that they serve salads. My wife ordered a vegan garden salad and she got a pile of iceberg lettuce, some shredded onions, a stack of tomatoes with eggs and cheese. She got frustrated and just threw is in the trash and walked away since it was pointless to even have it fixed.
