Man oh man! I had a toasted Italian sub on wheat bread, omg DELICIOUS! Normally, I would get Italian or white bread but Ciara recommended the wheat bread. She was on point with that recommendation! She also was soooo sweet! She greeted me with a warm smile and was so patient with all my questions. I will never go to Jersey Mikes again as long as I’m in Jacksonville!!! Thank you for your outstanding recommendations and amazing customer service, Ciara!!!
It's been a little bit since I've been here, but I love the pasta salad & the old decor! I need to go again, but they're closed when I go by. They're right next to Ollie's & I haven't been there in a while either.
It’s a cute spot but the customer service is garbage. Everyone behind the counter was miserable and had the look of dread anytime a customer walked in. With all of the background noise, the couldn’t speak loud enough for us to hear them on the other side. I had to request for them to repeat themselves multiple times. Communication between the staff and customers needs improvement that’s for sure. The food was reasonably priced and tasted awesome. I purchase 4 whole subs...
