Honestly, it's a subway. Better than some, not as good as others. But it's okay. Today was my first visit to this subway location. I had a 6-inch veggie sub with spinach olives lettuce tomato cheese and onion. Overall, it was okay. The wheat bread was not hard, and pretty tasty overall. The lettuce didn't look to appetizing. But it was okay. The bag of chips was a bag of chips and my drink was a drink. It's nothing special, but it's not bad. The staff was very friendly, very courteous, and very attentive. Place was reasonably clean. Not busy at all during my visit.
Vegetarian options: Honestly, subs are one of the easiest foods to customize for a vegetarian or vegan diet. You get to pick your toppings. If you don't want it, don't get it! Be careful about the ingredients used in the bread if you are vegan though.
Parking: This subway shares parking with all the other businesses in the little shopping strip. It overall isn't difficult to find a parking spot here, although it could be if any of the businesses are busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: This shopping center is all ground level. All the businesses are very accessible. The shopping center is an old, so buildings are up to date and built to code. Anyone in a wheelchair would have a very easy time navigating around in this place. Tables are spaced fairly far apart so anyone would have room to get a wheelchair to any of the few tables.

Just tried to get food there and they said they were to busy to serve anyone that walks in. Way to turn down customers. Maybe the manager should see about hiring employees that aren't lazy and turn business away. I would lvoe to hear back from a manager or someone about this issue and why your employees are that lazy to serve customers

just wanted to shout out the crew working tonight as the subs were fresh and made exactly as ordered. our sandwiches are always so delicious from this location and they have great portions! best subway in jacksonville. super pleased with the accuracy of our online orders and customer service. thank you to the team here!

There was a young dude there by the name of “Nick”. Extremely incredible customer service. Such great energy. I mean he was beyond a 5 star. Idk what you guys do for your employees but he deserves something. He not only was this positive and uplifting to be but everyone that came thru the door. It is rare to see that in fast foods these days he definitely deserves recognition. Thank you Nick for such positive energy and great customer service and I hope to see you there more often.
I ordered a double cheese Dipper and this is the second time an employee has messed it up. It was only made with American cheese and not Monterey cheese. They obviously didn't know how to make it but the cheese is literally on the picture in Subway. Hence double cheese Dipper. American cheese and Monterey cheese. Please train your staff to make these like they're supposed to be made. I also called and no one answered so I thought I would just write a review. The first time the guy was really nice and admitted that he did not know how to make it so he made it correctly because he asked for help. Today a man with a mustache and goatee made it and put American cheese only. Please do better because I'm not allowed to make them myself.

ordered 6 different subs online - used a coupon- ordered 2 hours early- arrived 4 minutes late with one person walking in- also tipped 15%-waited 20 minutes and watched 3 people walk out- the condiment bar looked disgusting and nobody was greeted or even spoke to- employee moved so slow that i wanted to jump the counter and do it myself- sadly he was alone so i blame mgmt- food was decent though sloppily wrapped and not marked- won't go back there

Took half an hour for them to start on our online order, proceeded not to make it while there and helped other people ahead after I already told them I was there for my order. Extremely messy building and food was extremely soggy. Like pretty sure they shoved all the ingredients in the bag and shook the bag up. Workers ignored me the entire time even when I asked if my order actually went through.

My wife took my 9 year old daughter into this location to get food. While they were ordering, my daughter had a coughing fit and needed a drink to help her. My daughter was instructed by my wife to grab a Gatorade out of the cooler. My wife went to open it for her, only to be rudely confronted by the employee making sandwiches - he told her he would call the police if she opened the Gatorade before paying for it. My wife tried to reason that she was only trying to help our daughter and she would be paying for it since they were already purchasing food. He said again, that he would call the police.
I don't know what kind of hiring standards management has but this is absolutely unacceptable. Regardless of policy, any decent human would excuse the situation to help the child. You have paying customers with a child in need of assistance and this lowlife's first response to the situation is to call the police.
I can only hope that he runs into a similar situation with someone who has less patience for his ignorance and even less regard for his wellbeing.

Everytime I order online I'm still waiting at least 30 min after my pickup time maybe this location does need online ordering because you never get it at a decent time I've had this happen the last 3 times I've order or I get my food and it's completely wrong then I have to come back

I stopped by Subway for a quick lunch and was really impressed by the service I received. The young man behind the counter, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He greeted me with a big smile, asked about my day, and took the time to make sure my sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. He seemed genuinely interested in providing great customer service.
The sandwich itself was also delicious - fresh ingredients, nicely toasted, and the perfect portion size. But what really made this Subway visit stand out was the customer service from that young employee. He was attentive, efficient, and had a great attitude. It's clear he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure each customer leaves happy.
I'll definitely be back to this Subway location, and I hope that young man is recognized for the outstanding service he provides. He's a credit to the Subway brand and made my lunchtime experience a real pleasure.

I just went into this Subway not too long ago and was astonished by the quality of service. The young white kid who made my sandwich was very friendly. The dining area was very clean and service was quick. Recommend if you want a quick and quality meal with an enjoyable service experience.

Went in June 19 at 2:06 and said hello twice and no one ever came to the counter. If you don’t wanna do your jobs go home, don’t hide in the back and ignore customers.

Always gets order wrong. Ordered double meat and didn't get it but stillw as charged for double meat
