Never had an issue until recently. Will never go back here during the day. She added way too many toppings and way too much mayo and is always rude.

We went to this subway right after moving here on July 4th, and the staff was phenomenally kind and welcoming to us.

Wow! What a clean restaurant! I was impressed with the sauces neatly stacked too. Shows the employees care. And I want to thank the preparers for my jalapeno add on. No wimpy amount and it was great!

It’s as simple as reading a ticket. I did a delivery order for a footlong and got a 6inch with missing items in it. Tried to call for a refund but the line kept ringing as if it was being ignored. Would not recommend a delivery order from this specific store.

I came in on 3/18/25 and I was a bit unsure but I asked anyway about seeing a full menu to see the salt content in the sandwiches. Not only was I met with kindness but the two ladies in the front were very courteous to my questions and even helped me build my sandwich to help control my salt intake. I was very pleased with their level of patience and understanding. 10/10 the best Subway I've ever been to because of this. It's hard to find anyone who will answer a question not only willingly but also without grief and attitude. Best part..... That sandwich rocked!!!!
P.s.. I never tipped at a subway location until that day. 👍

I ordered a footlong sandwich and received it with hair in it. I called this location to let them know and was told I had to bring it back in order to get it remade or received a refund. I let them know I live 20 minutes away but they told me there’s nothing they could do unless i came back. So now i have to drive 20 minutes back to this location for them to refund me for their nasty food handling practices . DON’T EAT HERE!

Seen cockroaches on the wall. Nasty housekeeping actually trash on the workstation from Wendy’s and cleaning used paper towels. Will never go back to this location.

Firstly, I'd like to give a shout out to the young man that made our food tonight, ANDREW! Dude was on top of his game and his customer service went above and beyond any other fast food service employees! Such a great attitude and personality. He was so courteous and respectful which is something you don't see very often these days... especially if you go in closer to closing time. We have a large family of (7) and Andrew did everything by himself with an uplifting attitude and quickly! He definitely deserves a raise, promotion, and whatever else you need to do to keep him employed with your store!
He did everything by himself, not because he was the only one working at the time, but because the other employee, HUNTER, was too worried about his phone and getting off early instead of helping with the customers or anything else for that matter! Hunter does NOT need to be working there as he clearly doesn't want to be there. He straight up told the other guy (Andrew) that he was leaving early, right in front of us! Yes! He decided on his own that he would leave early without helping Andrew with the customers or any other closing procedures for the night. Just a complete lack of awareness, dependability, and respect.
Andrew, if you see this, please don't ever lose that attitude and personality of yours! You were amazing!

I ordered my meal on the app. Ordered ahead and placed it to be ready @ 12 p.m. I got there at 11:58 a.m. I walked in and looked at the “online order rack”. Employee asks if I placed an order, I said “yes” he said “what’s the name” I said my name. He says “your order hasn’t been started yet, we’ve been swamped”
1. No problem (there were 5 people in line) I get it
2. Only 2 employees working
So I get my food and leave @ 12:10, get back to work and open the food. One side of the sandwich bread is way over toasted, couldn’t eat from that side. Get to my footlong pretzel and it was way too hard, like I was not even able to pull it apart or eat it because of it being too hard to eat. Just a complete waste of money/time!

Ordered a sub. Bread was overcooked! Made the whole sub worthless! Only reason I ordered was a special for footlongs for 7.99! What a mistake! Jersey Mike's doesn't disappoint!
