By far the worst service I have received from any establishment. Manager came back from the bank after leaving a single employee behind. This led to the line backing up which was fine, we all waited patiently. However, she then proceeded to tell us all to leave and make a mobile order after we had all been waiting patiently for over half an hour. She was rude and her mannerisms were awful. Not what you want from an employee. This place needs a complete overhaul of staff and managers

Had a mobile order. When I got there they lost my ticket and I had to wait longer. I ordered it toasted. I double checked by asking they said they toasted it. I checked in my car and it wasn’t toasted. I’m pregnant so I needed it to be toasted, also devastated since I’m pregnant and it was a craving. ? I should’ve went inside but I was too busy crying lol

We stopped by here to get lunch. The Subway shop was located in a gas station. The subway shop was clean and spacious. It had some dedicated seating and parking spots. They didn't have any bathrooms for public use. The person on duty was a bit slow, physically and maybe mentally. I told him that I didn't want my sandwich toasted and he wasn't sure if he could give me the sandwich. I got roasted chicken and they thought that was the same thing as being raw. The sandwich was put together sloppy and a lot of the sandwich didn't have any meat.

Went there 6/20/24 @ about 1pm. Was told there would be a 30 min wait before they would take our order. "We take phone ins first". I'm in Jax once a week and started going to this SubWay. No more what a fricken joke. My wife and I were the only ones there. Another couple walked out before us. Your losing business.

Google confirmed that this location closes at 10. Pulled up at 9:10pm, only to see the girl inside locking the doors. Went up to the door anyway to confirm (like, maybe she was the only employee and taking a bathroom break), and said through the door “are y’all closed”, she said they were. I asked weren’t they supposed to be open until 10, she ignored me. Asked again, was again ignored. The least an employee can do is communicate with a potential customer, especially when they’re standing right there.

All the employees seem like they have a I don’t care attitude (minus the older short lady). When I see certain employees working I leave. They all seem to move extremely slow and without a purpose. No smiles just blank faces.

My son is 6 and likes to order for himself, 3 different employees have been so nice, fun, playful, and welcoming to him! He has a very specific sandwich he likes and they are so accommodating. Really enjoy going here and will continue to.

Kid-friendliness: Had my sons stuffed zombie (from minecraft) pay (holding my card) since it was a "brains sandwich". Love it!

the old lady needs to not be working anymore. someone tell her to retire. she argued with us about a coupon that would benefit us saying that it wouldn’t work when it did and took literally $8 off of our total. she does not know what she’s doing. the food is good but the workers suck in my opinion. if i could i’d give them a 0 star rating for service.

Beware “curbside delivery”. This was my first time coming to this store and I chose curbside delivery on the app to try and save myself some effort; as I had my baby with me and it was a good bit of food and drinks. I arrived and let the app know I was there. It didn’t say to park in any specific spot so I chose one in front the store. I sat out there in the after noon heat for 30. minutes. I called after 15 minutes and I got the dial tone. I started to get a little concerned and called again. Still nothing. After about 25 minutes I decided to go in. I saw two workers taking to a customer in an empty restaurant. I saw my order on a “online order pickup” shelf. I helped myself and grabbed my food that was about 30 minutes old. I don’t mind grabbing the food myself but if it’s not going to be brought to my car then please don’t tell me it will be brought to my car ???
