I have a problem with getting coupons in the mail and then they don't except them. I understand if it was roastbeef or the big meat.

There was only one worker there. She was calm and very respectful. She did an outstanding job and was very efficient while being very nice. The sub was good to. Good job to the lone warrior. Time about 4:10pm 28 July. Hey subway, reward her, she is a keeper.

This location needs more staffing. My family and I ordered using online order for pick up. We ordered around 430p and were told it would be ready at 515p, my husband arrived and there was a single employee working. No one else in the building. This store is severely understaffed on a regular basis. He did not get our food until 5:45. Over an hour after placed, 30+ mins after we were told would be ready. I called today to speak to a manager and she informed me she was the manager, however she was there by herself. She had people in the lobby and online orders pending. She apologized that she was not able to take my call and asked me to call her back in about 15 mins. I cannot bring myself to add more stress to her day. The owners of this location should be very ashamed of the lack of care for the facility, customers and definitely lack of concern for their staff. I can only assume this is an issue with the owner of the franchise or the corporate office. I am assuming this is a franchise. There is no reason that a store like this in a shopping center has less than 3 staff members in store at all times. There is no reason that the manager is working a shift by themselves. How are they supposed to manage customers in person, online orders and still maintain a level of cleanliness in the store, the food line, restrooms etc. This is humanly impossible. The owner of this franchise needs to hire better staff, keep staff in the store and if none are available, take themselves into the store to work it. Its a shame that business owners only care about the revenue and not the actual care of the store and its customer base anymore. The owners of this location should be ashamed! We will not be going to this location in the future. In addition to all of this, apparently the oven has been down for weeks now, again a business owner not taking care of its investment is sad! This should have been fixed immediately. We requested all of our subs to be toasted when we ordered online, none were toasted. None of the sandwiches were labeled as to which was which either, I have always had subway sandwiches labeled. We ordered 4 subs, a flatbread and kids meal. Extremely disappointed. This is a situation that I would not blame the employees (or employee since it seems there is 1 staff member at any given time). Do better! Subway corporate needs to start doing surprise visits to its franchise locations and prevent bad owners from carrying the company name and product. If this was my first experience at a Subway, I would never return.

My family and I ordered from this Subway, and we had it delivered. Not even 10 minutes after the delivery, my husband & oldest daughter had to drive to the Subway because the order was wrong. The girl behind the counter said she couldn't fix the order without the receipt. They had the digital receipt, and the girl still told them she wouldn't fix the order without the paper receipt. We'll there was no paper receipt. I think this is crazy because the digital receipt is proof we ordered it and paid for it. I'm never going here again

Was accidentally ordered mobile order for this location and my boyfriend ordered at other in Midway park. I get here to pick up food we decide to eat in. Black woman in purple sweater employee came up to us accused my boyfriend of stealing when he didn't. Trying to enjoy food will not make that mistake going somewhere else recommended everyone else do same

Unless you are the only person in here be prepared for a long wait just to order a sandwich. Management never has enough people working during “busy” hours. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen the line and decided it was worth it to make the drive to Jersey Mikes. Taking online orders while you have a line to/ almost out the door is just not efficient when you only have one employee working. The people working here are clearly stressed because most of the time they only have one employee working, which just adds to the unpleasantness of the shop.

We waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before the employee acknowledged us (we were the only ones in there) she was working on a mobile order which we understand but then she asked us what type of cheese we wanted on someone else’s order??? The mobile order was completed and she finally acknowledged us and asked for our order. We would tell her exactly what we wanted then a second later she’d ask what we wanted again. Nicky the employee did this several times throughout our order. It definitely seemed like she was under the influence of something. Very jittery and slamming the oven and throwing toppings all over our sandwiches. We asked for salt and pepper. She did not put salt but some other white powder and when she realized she quickly grabbed the salt and put that on instead. She did NOT tell us what she actually put on the sandwich instead of the salt. We also asked for 2 deserts and she could not seem to handle warming those up. She checks us out and the price seemed under what it should be so we asked for the receipt she didn’t offer and threw away. Instead of printing a new one she grabbed the crinkled receipt from the trash and gave it to us. We told her she did not charge us for our desert so we had to redo the transaction.

Placed an online order for pickup at 6:20pm that said it would be ready at 6:35pm. The app said the order was ready so we headed to the store and got there by 6:35pm. They didn’t even start our order until 6:50pm, finished it at 7:05pm. If the app hadn’t told us it was ready, and if we had known they’d help everyone else in the store (even people that walked in after us)before us, we wouldn’t have shown up with cold stuff in the car. Definitely won’t eat at this location again.

They aren’t properly training their employees. They were polite but when I ordered a footlong flat bread they made it into a 6inch wrap and charged me full price. I explained but they assured me it was correct. I didn’t want to be a Karen and I was still hungry so I paid for it and left 🤣

Used to go there all the time for the convience, but now I refuse.

I place an order for pickup, at 9:25 am. Website says they are open at 9. I have been in there before at 9ish. Cool, I can get in and if it's ready, awesome. If not, I can take it to run. I have to be back at work at 9:30 so I would have just enough time.

Get there at 9:13. Locked. Knocked, no answer. Call, no answer. Try to see if I could see anyone, nope. Called a different store to see if they could get a hold of the store.

They told me that they would call me right back. At this time it's 9:18. I wait a few more minutes, before I say screw it and start heading back to work. I get a call on my way back "oh they would be there in like 5 minutes."

Well, by the time they clock in and get set up, I would be past my clock in time. I tell the other end to just hold off until I can get off work because there is no way I could get the subs since they weren't there now. And I need to be back at work in a literal 3 minutes.

I get off and go to get my subs at around 1143. I ask if I could have a bag of chips for my inconvenience, since they not only weren't open when they were scheduled to be, but because they were not going to be able to make the food on time.

The lady told me that I unconvinced her, because I asked her to hold off on making it then (which i understand, in theory). I told her that I couldn't pick it up because it wasn't ready at the scheduled time. In fact, no one was here at that time. She claimed she was. I told her then why didn't she answer the call or come investigate when I was knocking on the door? She said she was there. I asked why the door was closed and the other store said she was going to be in after the time my sub was supposed to have already been done.

She scoffed and walked away. I didn't catch her name, but I am not going to go to this store again if their response to their own failures is to gaslight the customer.

Very disappointed, do not go to this location.
