Not gonna lie I’m not one to really complain but me and my boyfriend were in there today we just orderddd two subs my boyfriend was asking me what I wanted on my sub as I was exsplaining and speaking this lady behind the sub counter kept shaking her head at me. I didn’t like the vibe I didn’t feel welcomed only disrespected it’s a shame because I’m not coming back we would always go to this one there was a nice young lady we normally went to wish we got her back anyways have a blessed day because you never know what someone else is going through and we were already having a bad day and still chose to smile while I got a headache a smile goes a long way god bless ❤️

I have ordered from here 3 times. 1 time in person, 1 time drive thru and 1 time via Uber eats.
1. The gentleman had to redo 2 of my 4 sandwiches after getting the order wrong in front of me while I'm ordering in person. The sandwiches he got wrong was a footlong tuna and lettuce and footlong ham and cheese. Nothing special
2. A different gentleman sold all 4 of our sandwiches to the wrong family and then had to remake them all.
3. Ordered via Uber eats. All sandwiches were toasted. My husband's had onion which was specifically requesting to not have and my daughters who we paid extra for double meat and cheese did not have.
I am not somebody who complains. Obviously gave this location multiple chances to get it right. Will never order from here again. Go to the subway on piney green. It is the only location that your order is 💯 of the time and the customer service is amazing.
Has a drive thru. Sat at drive thru for 10 minutes with no one answering. Called store and asked if they could help us at the drive thru they said no that we would have to come in. Which we couldn’t because we were both in uniform. Store lost a customer due to poor customer service.

Should’ve checked reviews before I went to this disgusting place. They refuse to honor coupons sent in the mail, the soda machine was missing half of the sodas & carbonation, chips were expired, vegetables literally looked dehydrated, visible gunk on the walls, and the dude working kept pausing to go on his phone to play the music with his gloves on and then went back to making my sandwich WITH THE SAME GLOVES… oh and the drive thru doesn’t work! don’t waste ur time or money and go somewhere else

Went in to get 2 dippers. Sign board said 3.50 each and they had a side price that said 3.00 each. Got to ring them up and the guy said they were $7 each and that price must've went up. I suggested they should change signage. Acted dumbfounded and said yeah. So not gonna pay that for that. I left.

I'd actually like to hear what the owner of this particular Subway has to say in reference to this issue. Husband went in this morning to use a coupon that we got in the mail only to be told that they do not do the buy one get one for the Subway Club. After my doctor's appointment I went in to speak to the manager because as a former 10 year manager of a Subway we never turned down a coupon. A coupon is a customer. Good customer service for that customer is a customer for life. Unfortunately I don't feel this Subway holds that type of customer service goal oriented mindset. The manager lady told me that the coupons are used at their discretion and it clearly says at participating restaurants only on the coupon, but not to throw my coupon away because I could use it for the meatball or the cold cut or the lower end subs. So it seems that the subway not only gets to pick and choose which of the coupons it uses but which subs you can use it on even though it only states a few subs that are exempt. It doesn't make much sense. Curiosity got the best of me so I went on to the subway app and ordered two subs and did the buy one get one promo code, paid for one sub and went to the store to pick up my two subs. I walked in and the manager lady was standing at the door I asked her how is it possible that I can do this online but I couldn't do it this morning standing in your store, she restated that it was the owners discretion as to how he wanted to handle coupons. I don't have to understand it but I found a way around it. If you want the deals from the coupons go on the subway app put in the promo code at the end and you'll get the coupon deals. It's a shame you have to go around the bush to get what should just be done in store. Got my subs though!

The manager was EXTREMELY rude because I told her there was no carbonation in the soda machine. We got into a yelling match because of how nasty she was being. I’ve been eating at this location for over 10 years. Everyone has always been polite, including her. Today was not her day!I proceeded to ask for a refund since there were no other drinks available at the price that I paid! She told me no, told me I was disrespectful, told me to leave and that I’m not allowed back. Does anyone know the contact number for Subway’s complaint department? I won’t be going backOh, and I even tipped her 15%. Horrible mistake

Not only does the subway have roaches as they were crawling all over the cases, They also refused to take coupons that SUBWAY® sent to you through the mail. I ordered the great garlic, which specifically says on the coupon that it isn’t excluded And instead of spending the nine dollars for my meal, I spent almost $17 for it.

Updating my review to reflect the amazing service I just received. They fixed the speaker for starters, absolutely superb, she was very attentive even though I went through the drive thru and repeated back my order to make sure she didn't make any mistakes. Further, she explained WHY it took a little longer, effective communication, no mistakes and extremely kind. Even though the subs may not be as good of a quality as nearby competitors, it's worth picking them because of this interaction.

This was the worst customer service that I've ever had. I walk in and I'm hit with a blast of heat like 5 minutes of being in this furnace I'm sweating like crazy and not to mention the absolutely hateful employee like all I wanted was a regular Italian sub and then she hatefully says there is a whole menu board up there to figure out what you want and the place was covered in flys and also I would like to mention that the lettuce was old and starting to turn brown like in my 21 years I've never had this bad of a experience at a subway we will NEVER EVER eat here again also that employee needs a severe attitude adjustment like I was super close to going off on her I highly recommend going to another subway to eat like it was so hot I thought I was in a oven cooking like please save your money and your sanity and go elsewhere trust me it's worth it.

Don’t bother trying to use a coupon here. Whenever I tried to use my coupon, they said sorry we don’t accept your sandwich with that coupon. There’s nothing about the sandwich not be included on it and he said it was “store policy” . Absolutely outrageous. This should be posted, or maybe don’t send the coupons out if you’re not going to honor it.

Wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I ordered delivery through the Subway app and my food never came, so I called the restaurant and the employee who answered was rude and unhelpful. Apparently Subway can just take your money and not give you the food you purchased. I'm definitely calling corporate on this one.
