Ordered extra cheese, and they actually put a lot less than the normal amount. We paid extra for extra cheese. It’s the second time this has happened. I don’t understand why if we pay for extra cheese it’s actually an invitation to put less on there, like it’s an inconvenience we requested and paid for it or what? I’m never eating here again. Food and service is underwhelming and this is the last time I come here. If you hate your job, go work somewhere else, don’t take it out on me, I’m just trying to live my life too

THIS IS THE SECOND BEST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER VISITED!!! Only beaten by the one in Monroe Washington which had extra crispy and warm fries!!! Would recommend for all occasions

I got the chicken nugget deluxe meal and the guy at the window wanted to upcharge me for additional sauce LOL. He gave me one measly sauce packet for 5 of the nuggets.

If the boss has you counting sauce packets this bad I can only wonder how bad your profits are, and thus how fresh your food actually is.

The chicken nuggets were terrible by the way - overcooked and meat was brown. The tacos had been sitting for a long time as they were like mush, and the nacho fries were cold. Absolute fail on all accounts.

Vegetarian options: My Food was cold & took way to long & I got charged extra and it wasn’t right wouldn’t recommend going to this Taco Bell they had two side worth of people working but food wasn’t fresh & want made properly sorry guys please do better!!

Drive thru order taker didn’t know the menu, kept trying to charge us for different items and up charging. Kept trying to give me supreme tacos instead of regular which has a couple dollar difference. I suggest more POS training and more training about menu items. I’m there probably once a week and have NEVER dealt with an employee not knowing the menu or how to ring up items until today. I said 3 different times what I wanted and she was still trying to give me something else.

Are you freaking kidding me? What the actual HE!! IS THIS?? There is something wrong with this Taco Bell employees in general. It will cost me more money and gas to take this stupid taco back. This location is close to my job so I go often... Definitely hit or miss. I will never go inside, long story short. I had ordered from the app and when I went to Pick it up I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anybody said anything to me. Finally someone acknowledged me to say use the kiosk. I told them I ordered from the app and I still waited about 15 minutes before somebody finally walked up and grabbed my order that had been sitting there, ready for about 20 minutes, and handed it to me...so the food I was waiting there for the whole time had been ready but nobody took the time to check on me and the other 2 customers there that day. There was a disconnect with the employees and online orders, or acknowledging those waiting in the lobby. Not everyone knows to, or wants to, use those kiosks.

So I ordered on the app went through the drive thru and they asked me if i would like to check in and i said "I have a mobile order for 'name'" and then I didn't hear back from her for like 1-2 minutes and she says "Are you ready to order ma'am?" And i repeated that I have a mobile order and then low and behold something I use my points for she didn't give me and never gave me now I earned those points by spending $200 a month to Taco Bell and I deserve my food that I earned. I don't do reviews and such but I am frustrasted something that i ordered was never given and i was ignored and this isn't the first time it happened lets not make it a habit.
