I came through the drive thru, and saw they had the apple empanadas back on their menu. Mind you it has been about 10 years since I had one last and miss them dearly. I ordered 2 and the lady said they didn't have them. As I eat my order disappointedly, I ordered 2 through the app, and go figure they have them. I get you're trying to cut labor or whatever but don't lie. I would have happily waited. What gives?

There is no service, only two kiosks and if they are in use you have to wait while customers stroll thru the menu which if not familiar with the menu takes lots of time. I asked for personal service and got a sour look. Her register was open, no money in it. So we left. Taco Bell, you lost me!

This Taco Bell likes to mess up orders and then when you go back in to get the order fixed, they are very mean rude and disrespectful to you and they stare at me like you’ve done something wrong when and all actuality. They are the ones that messed up my whole order, they gave me somebody else’s order and not mine when I showed my receipt, they argued with me and told me that still my order and it was a manager that I was talking to fact of the matter is, they knew that the wrong order and they didn’t want to fix it but when she did it staring at you and laughing at you with these rude employees I will now drive the extra miles and go to the Taco Bell on Gumbranch there very respectful
