This is really a great Taco Bell here in Jacksonville NC! I have to say that the employees did more that to just please me with my special requests, which was to pretty much burn my steak quesadillas and to not cut them once done and I even asked the preparer what his name was and he said that it was, Dainien,...so I've gotta add his name in this review because it was he who went above and beyond what he had to do to make it just the way I wanted it,... So I I were the owner of this location,...I would make sure to do every could to keep him working here and I personally recommend him for a raise!

Went to go get food with my bf before I go to work, my chalupa had NO meat. Literally 3 pieces of chicken, stuffed it up with lettuce. My bf got a crunch wrap supreme, barely any beef at all in it.

Came in and got 2 deluxe cravings boxes w/ drinks and nachos upon returning home I only received one box and my drinks when I tried to call the store the phones went straight to voicemail and had to drive all the way back there to make contact with them
Ordered via DD and they gave me something else completely different. missing filling items that I paid extra for also missing the sauce and was made wrong. very old and gross. inedible. out of temperature. Requested a refund and was denied.

Cashier was rude. Asked me if I’m using the mobile app and I said yes with my code in my hand. She asked for my name and I gave it, then asked if I placed an order yet and I said no. How am I supposed to know they can’t see my name pop up or something when I’m in the drive thru with a code? Proceeds to give me an attitude. I ordered and she asked if I’d like sauce and I said yes. I got my bag, no sauce, an empty burrito, empty quesadilla. She should be fired because that’s bad for business smh absolutely horrible!
