Worst Service I’ve ever had at this location, guy at window doesn’t say a single word as he hands me my order and shuts the window before I could say anything. My soda was straight CO2 and I wanted a new one so I waited at the window for him to look at me but I guess he was talking to someone or something. I’m so sorry you’re miserable working at Taco Bell but what makes you feel entitled to treat other people that way.

I was there for a 10 am interview and not one person asked me what I was I there for, and when a white person came in behind me to pick up order, they were asked immediately what they was there for. My interview was for 10 am, I'm writing this at 10:08am. This has been the most unprofessional atmosphere. No one is concerned about my arrival or interview. They don't seem to be concerned with promptness.

I waited over 15-20 mins for customer’s order that only had three items, while I watched several orders go to the drive thru and not the front counter for other customer orders. Not sure what the issue is, but that is poor customer service.

OUR Family enjoys meeting for lunch when working. Taco Bell on Gumbranch is our time crunched choice. But it never fails for terrible service inside and the drive through. I always have to wait. Most of the time we'd be the only ones there
