At this location. Constantly getting orders wrong, slow service, apathetic staff, constantly conducting interviews (seems like a retention issue, poor management?). Food seems to be thrown together.
It wasn't bad
You will wait forever if they are busy and you do not go through the drive-thru.
Their food is prepared correctly and as good as you can expect.
Idk if they need more workers or better ones but they'll just let you sit at the speaker forever with only one car at the window. They'll just ask you to wait indefinitely while they do... whatever it is they do other than take our order. When the service is fast it's usually wrong or the food looks like it got beat to death by Mike Tyson. It took the car behind us 2 minutes to leave the drive thru, it took us 5 more minutes of silence before we finally left. Just lazy.
A little better than the one in New Bern which doesn't put hardly anything in a taco.
Went to the Piney Green location and the young lady at the drive thru was rude and ignored us. This is not the first time she has been rude to my wife and I. My chicken cantina burrito was left in the press to long and was burnt and they didn't cut my quesadilla we didn't realize it till we were already home. Definitely will not be back. I feel like this Taco Bell needs a refresher on customer service. Will not be back
I spent $60 to feed my family and was paying cash but no one took my money or made my food. I was told I had to call to the back to tell someone. That's not my job I don't work here. Either fix the kiosk so customers can pay card and cash with a printed receipt or put someone at the dang register. I ended up waiting over a hr and everyone that came after me got their food before me and some of them got the same amount as me. Smh do better

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! Apparently the menu online for this location is NOT the same as the menu at the actual location? Never heard of such bs from ANY fast food restaurant lol. We rushed, told 1/2 the items were not available unless we ordered online, and no sauces.
I am a local door dasher and as you know we work off tips and sometimes have to drive clear across town to just make a few dollars. I have a lot of respect for the fast food workers that work late like I do to help our community but what I don’t respect is pulling up to a business that says it is supposed to be closed at 3 when I have multiple door dash orders. I had to pull over and cancel both orders which took even more of my time. The worst part is the 2 women that acted like they did not see me at the window until one of them looked at me and said they are closed not even 5 min after 2. Didn’t even give me the courtesy of opening the window to explain to me what was going on. I felt very disrespected and people like that should not be in the service industry. It is the second time I have had an issue with this store which is why I’m finally writing a review, specifically the older lady since she was involved both times. It was an older white lady and a black lady with a bun pulled back hair. Something should be done about this and not allow this store to waist people’s time that are out here working for tips. I would not recommend this store.
Just as good as any other Taco Bell and pretty good service
This restaurant is clean!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend going inside as the drive through seems to take longer than I like but the girl at the window is always smiling and polite.
we ordered ahead online so we wouldn’t have to wait and when we got there we still had to wait 15 mins for our order…we were the only car there.
