First off, it took about 15 minutes to even get our drink order. THEN there was a roach in my friends salad. finally our food came out.. my steak was cold. My Mac and cheese was cold. Her burger was under cooked completely and fries were cold.waitress offered to have to re made, we said yes because we were starving 45 minutes later… order came back out AND WRONG AGAIN. Waitress didn’t even check on us the whole 15 mins this order was taking. Some guy named Josh who said he’s the manager came to the table and ask what he could do and was rude when we said we were waiting another 15-30 mins for food to be wrong again. We just walked out. What a HORRIBLE experience. Him, waitress, COOKS., whatever other mangers need to get it together. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

Been to Texas Roadhouse before and always had a great experience. First time to this particular franchise and it was amazing even with how crowded it was on a Sunday evening. Our server Savana was on point, friendly and always checked up on us. Rare to get a good server nowadays! Would highly recommend coming here!

Had reservations for a birthday party at 7 pm., was told reservations were not documented by employee and would have to wait. Numerous large groups were being seated before us. Spoke to the manager and was told there was nothing he could do, so at 830 packed up party and move to Cheddars. Really bad on Texas we will not return.
Decided to try again with a much better experience seems like they have fixed their problems and everything was great.

Went in to use my Veterans Day meal, not busy for a Friday yet. Both me and my wife steak was cooked wrong. Instead of saying “sorry we’ll fix it right away” Leah said that my wife’s steak that was already cut into would be just thrown back on the grill. Not re made. I said no we want it remade because it was already cut into, trying to explain nicely. She still said no and had an attitude. As soon as I heard it I said I want a refund for both. Alesha however was amazing. She picked up the slack for Leah where she could. She noticed the issue and asked what was going on. I explained I found it mind boggling that my wife’s steak wouldn’t be remade. She went back and had the kitchen remake it for us and tried to take care of us the best of her ability. Leah who was supposed to be getting our bill, dropped it and walked away to help other customers. Further making the situation worse. She kept asking questions that didn’t matter instead of just fixing the situation. Eventually I just said I don’t care what you have to do, I want to leave. And I had to say that multiple times. All of this could’ve been avoided if they would’ve offered to remake the steak like any other place would, not just throw it back on the grill.

Texas Roadhouse is a total crowd-pleaser! The atmosphere is lively and fun, with a rustic vibe that feels like a friendly neighborhood hangout. The food? Legendary. Their hand-cut steaks are cooked to perfection, and those fresh-baked rolls with cinnamon butter are basically a must-have. Service is always warm and energetic—they make you feel like part of the family. Great for a casual dinner with friends or family, and definitely worth the wait (if there is one!). Would go back for the rolls alone 😋.

The food was great as always. However our service was absolutely amazing. We had Jon Jon as our waiter and the amount of kindness he showed my children was wonderful. He made sure everything was right with our order and spent time talking to my son about his birthday plans. Our whole family walked out with a smile and a full stomach 💚 Thank you Jon for making my sons day even more special for him.

The staff was great and very accommodating when I told them I had allergies. The food was delicious as always. Highly recommend the salmon if you're looking for a non-beef option. Definitely join the wait-list from Google if you can bc I've never not had to wait when going there, even on a random Tuesday there was a 30 min wait.

We never received bread, sat for five full minutes without a single person acknowledging us, and eventually had to get up and leave. What should’ve been a great night out turned into a frustrating experience. When I addressed it with the staff at the front, the lack of concern made it even worse. Truly unacceptable service on an evening that mattered to us.
