The Honey Baked Ham Company

I'm upset and shocked at the treatment I received 3/13/25 from staff. Let me start off by saying I love Honey Baked and I've never had a bad thing to say until now! I wasn't aware that the store closes at 6pm (which is super early in my opinion) so I walked in at 554pm craving a sandwich. There was a young lady at the counter (darker eyebrows) that was very friendly, she greeted me with a smile and I couldn't help but notice the other female roll her eyes and sigh when she saw me walk in, she was making a sandwich behind the counter. Her sigh made me ask the cashier what time did they close because I did notice the open sign was already turned off when I walked in before 6pm. The cashier informed me 6pm but she said you can still order...the lady making the sandwich rudely chimes in "the oven is off and closed" so I replied WOW before closing? A gentleman who couldn't be seen but he was next to the lady making the sandwiches rudely says "we close in 5 minutes"!! I thanked the cashier for being nice and I informed her that I would be leaving a review about the unprofessional service!! I wanted to place an order for my entire family for dinner but I took my money elsewhere after the rude comments and remarks from the staff! Please make sure to inform your employees that you have to always treat customers with the upmost respect and if the job is too much find another one!! I work in customer service and I would never treat people that way!! Very Rude and border line racist!!

Today we went to eat at this place and I was surprised! They make their own hams and that gives it an extra point for freshness.
Plus it has a place to sit outside and makes it pet friendly? Or at least they try to. It also gives them extra points.
The bread was super fresh. Recommended!:)

Today I placed, for pickup , an order on the phone for 2Chicken Salad and 1 Tavern Club sandwiches. Brittany took my order and, let me tell you, they were the most delicious sandwiches we ate in a long time. You can tell that Brittany fix them with care and they tasted wonderful. We will be ordering very soon again. Thank you Brittany.

We absolutely love this place!! Amazing staff (Chantelle, Sway and everyone) the store is super clean, you are always greeted with super beautiful smiles and friendly service. Their sandwiches are amazing.Delicious food that you can easily prepare at home. Cheesecake is AWESOME. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and great food. ♥️

Bought our ham, potatoes and dessert for Christmas on-line and picked up in-store. Easy to reheat and quite delicious!

Purchased an 11 lbs spiral ham on Saturday for Easter. The Ham was wonderful. It was moist and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be purchasing again. Can't express again how delicious❣️

Just had first experience yesterday and the customer service was incredible. The young man who brought my food out was amazing. Constant smile and went above and beyond to help. Great food. Very impressed overall.

Disappointed in this place . One on Camp Lejeune, more friendly and accommodating for allergies! I understand we came in at 345pm , should be more willing to assist customers . 10.00 for a salad with barely 1 slice of turkey and ton lettuce ...asked for more turkey and didn't get it
