The cutest little nutrition shop!!! I'm new to the area, and I absolutely adore unique small businesses, and this was one of those. The staff were so down to earth, the location was gorgeous, the layout was beautiful, and definitely will be back! And how cute is it that they have a little area for your kiddos! Healthy, yummy, and beautiful!

Just got my first smoothie here at The Spot! Walked in to work and EVERYONE wanted one and to know where I got it. Delicious and super filling for meal replacement. I got one of the seasonal special flavors. Menu is huge and has something for everyone!

The products and service are top tier! We had help navigating their menu from Ricky. His product and nutrition knowledge helped him fit flavor profiles to each of us in our party. We had a kid friendly tea, a zombie tea, & their og white chocolate caramel pretzel shake and all of them were crafted perfectly!They have a wonderful atmosphere, healthy treats, and even a tea take home kit for when I travel out of town.10/10 would recommend and we will be regulars! (:

SO many options to choose from and the staff was so helpful in helping me pick! Told her what flavors I didn’t like and she recommended a drink that was perfect, it was like she was reading my mind! They offer punch cards which is awesome! Will definitely be making this place my regular SPOT

Not just an amazing tea/coffee nutrition spot in jacksonville but all of NC. Huge variety, quick & friendly service and exactly what jacksonville needed. Dont go anywhere else unless you want to waste your money and be unhealthy.

I mostly don't do reviews but when I do, it deserves more than 5 stars. After my husband and I found this place, we go here alot. We love Kele, Ricky, and Jeanette (sure we will love the others once we meet them), they are amazing and so sweet. We love getting to talk to them when we come in. So many different drinks to try, can't get bored of the selections. If you don't know what drink you want, they will tell you ideas. Highly recommend!!
