Absolutely amazing food. I went there for ribs but ended up getting the country fried steak instead and I do not regret the decision at all. So good. My son got the fried flounder but he couldn’t eat it all so I ended up helping him out. It was also very delicious. My wife had the smothered chicken and she enjoyed that. Happy family all around. The service was great. The waitress was attentive and kept our drinks filled up and everything else that we needed. We will be back!

The staff was awesome. The food not as much. Very disappointing. Got the brisket sandwich. The bun was, soggy, the brisket had a lot of fat and was thick slices. $30 for 2 sandwiches, 1 fry and 2 drinks to go. Maybe it was an off day or just not the right choice. Didn't even finish the food. Was decorated very cute though.

My company does catering from here. They have always been able to accommodate the needs of my company. Amy is so nice when setting everything up. Pick Up is great as well, just pull up and they'll tell you were to go and they'll help you load up. Everybody I've had contact with at Thigs had been amazing and nice. Thank you once again.

Fantastic place! I do recommend the three meats plate (Ribs, Chicken and Carolina Pork with the collards and Mac n cheese! Delicious! Food was so good I had to taste my wife’s chicken fried steak and mash potatoes and it didn’t disappoint! Service made us feel like we were visiting our Auntie’s house, like we were family! Looking forward to visit again soon.

This was my first time visiting Thig’s BBQ House, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was spotless, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
I ordered the club sandwich, which came with bacon, ham, turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes—all incredibly fresh and flavorful. My husband had the brisket sandwich with fries and coleslaw, and the brisket was cooked to perfection with amazing seasoning. We also tried a dessert, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Thig’s BBQ House. The wait time was short, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

I should really know better. I stopped by and saw the smoker on the side so thought why not after driving 30 minutes out of my way and wanted local BBQ. I really wanted brisket and was informed they ran out. It was around 6:30 pm so it’s feasible. So I decided to try the ribs special with Mac n cheese and Cole slaw. The ribs were over cooked and didn’t taste like that nice Smokey flavor. The Mac n cheese was over cooked and not el dente. The slaw really surprised me as I have never seen it so finely chopped but it was really good. The hush puppies were a little too crispy. Unfortunately not a place I will venture back to.

The food was amazing! We got the special 3 meat plate - smoked ribs, smoked chicken, and bbq, with 2 sides. Hush puppies were great too. To top it off, the service was great too - Jodi was very helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions and the conversation was wonderful.

We randomly stopped here for lunch while taking the bikes out one weekend and definitely have found a new spot for bbq! The service is great, the food is excellent, the restaurant is clean. They don’t overly saturate their bbq with vinegar so you can add more at the table if you’d like. The hush puppies are delicious, and we will absolutely be coming back for more. So glad we found this little roadside staple!

Easy stop from Jacksonville airport to our next destination. Very good fried chicken and sides, and very friendly people. Spacious.

I can't believe I've lived in Jacksonville for 3 years and never went to Thig's before now. The waitress was super friendly and awesome and the food was AMAZING! The whole atmosphere was so warm and inviting. I will absolutely be going back. Frequently.

First visit but not the last.. Had some of the best brisket and Brunswick stew I've had in a long time, great service... Lots on the menu I'd like to try.. 👍 👍
