Waited 20 mins for a table when the restaurant was not full at all. The hostess clearly didn't enjoy her job. I get that there may be a staffing issue but for the amount of time we waiting. This is absurd for any establishment. We finally got sat after 20 mins. Waiting another 5-10 mins before being greeted. We put in the drinks and food right away. Waiting an hour and still no food (we ordered a burger, ribs appetizer, side salad and 2 kids meals). We canceled our order and left. They didn't even start making the food even after the hour passed. No manager came to the table to address our issue. We will not return to this location. Not recommended unless you can sit at the bar. Only good thing here was the music.

Where do I begin. A few friends and I decided to have some dinner and drinks at Twin Peaks to just hang and grab some grub. Rolled up and noticed some people waiting so we figured we would have a wait time with our group of 5. Puts our names on the list and we're told the wait would be around 35 minutes which we were ok with. We went to wait out our time at the bar and grab a drink or two. Decided to also order food while at the bar and figured the tabs could be transferred over to the table once it's ready. There servers were friendly and we got our stuff ordered, what we didn't realize was that our food would take as long as the time to wait for our table (35-40 minutes). I ordered some billionaire bacon and brisket tacos. the bacon was good but not sure if the 35-40 minute wait was good for them considering they were an appetizer. The brisket tacos, the meat was tough to bite like I was biting into some beef jerky, I should've probably ordered something else. Then we got our food and found out that we can't transfer our tabs once our table was ready. We then tried to move and couldn't close our tabs because everyone was busy (understandable). We moved tables and then got a new server, I asked for some salsa to have with my chips and got it, what I didn't realize was how hot the salsa would be temperature wise. I bit into my chip with salsa and was met with scorching hot salsa that burned my mouth because it felt like it was sitting on a stove before serving. When we showed up there wasn't a lot of people though . Then we finally managed to close our tabs and move to a table, then the challenge became finding our person to order with. I had been to this location years ago and have come to realize that the service apparently hasn't changed much. Maybe some additional training or maybe some additional folks can help change the atmosphere and possibly help this place a bit with the busy dinner rush. You can check the place out if you want, food is not bad at all. Just know you might have to wait a while.

It was a sad meal tonight, thats for sure! On top of receiving this less than reasonable serving, they left out the tortilla chips, pico, sour cream and grilled jalapeño. We had to change our quesadilla and loaded fry order because they were out of brisket. The street tacos look as though they got the last but of the brisket which in my opinion, should have been changed up as well and the brisket was tough!! Anyway, the quesadilla was changed to blackened chicken. I saw maybe three pieces of chicken total. It did not come with pico and sour cream either. Added bacon onto the turkey club (+$), no bacon! Said no onion, we got onion. Get your orders straight people!! This is maybe the third time we have ordered from TP. The first time was great, the second time we were missing a meal and of course here is now. I spent $118 on this order and I am super upset we even wanted to give it a try again.

Twin Peaks went above and beyond in every way during my anniversary dinner. My husband was impressed by the scenery that had much class.Management made deliberate effort in every way to oversee that we had the best experience. Each dish that graced our table from appetizer to dessert had culinary finesse. The layout of each plate was impressive. You can definitely tell their is significant thought put into each recipe.Our server Belle was impeccable! 5 star for sure! Very personable and friendly. Answered every question we had about our dishes with certainty and confidence! Wonderful personality, polite and humorous! We had a blast. It didn't even feel like we were in Jacksonville anymore.We will definitely be returning!Thank you!

Went here with my wife and three kids 4 years , y 6 years and 5 month old. Foods pretty mediocre but what really set me off was the waitress. Before even asking us our drink orders was pushing some kind of popularity contest on us on their website. It was lame. Being a Marine myself watching her bounce around from table to table pandering to single Marines to secure a good tip, while my wife and my kids glasses for the better half of an entire meal solidified my opinion. Hey boot... she doesn't really like you. Just leave 10% and move along.

My dining experience here has been great! From the moment I came inside the staff were all very kind and welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Trinity as my server and she was an absolutely charming individual. It was nice talking with her while waiting on my order. On top of great staff, I had the smokestack burger which the cooks did a fantastic job with. I would recommend this restaurant anytime someone is hungry and looking for great food and even better staff!
Server was overwhelmed with our big crowd food was okay but it was more the server we tipped her very well (200$) but she needed to calm down and relax and make sure she can stay focused.

Was visiting the area and saw this place got good reviews. Wish we would’ve ordered from somewhere else. Online order said it would be ready at 9:21pm, and it was not ready for another 20 minutes. Tacos said they come with chips, which were not included. Ordered them with onion and cheese (up charge) and had neither on them. Smallest portion of brisket I’ve seen in my life. Not worth the cost and I’d rather have gone to a fast food joint.

I have been to many of these restaurants in the past, and the food is always good. The atmosphere here is also cool. The problem we had at this location was it took 45 minutes to get our food, and it wasn’t that busy. our waitress was also hanging out with another table for a very long time, guess she knew them. I do recommend this place to eat, but keep check on the time if you have to be somewhere like we did. We will not return here.
