Upscale Restaurant & Lounge

1st time there. Walking in the place is pretty cool lighting vibe was great. We were there for a Jazz concert which by the way was amazing. Marcus Adams!!!
Why I gave it the score I did. Doors supposed to open 6:30 (late) Concert supposed to start at 7. (late) There was no air conditioning September in Jacksonville North Carolina. They had doors open with fans. Food wingettes, meatballs, cheesed and crackers, and fresh fruit. I was expecting better when you have a full kitchen. Again, music and band Amazing. I will see them again but not in this venue.

I worked over 40 hours here and that was in February ans have yet to be paid this place is terrible and over priced and refuses to pay their workers

I have to say not impressed especially with the price but I also don't like how on the reviews the responses seem petty and that they don't take Criticism well which is not good customer Service and the food was something I could get at any other restaurant

I haven't gone to this restaurant yet, but in looking at photos of the interior, it doesn't appear very "upscale" to me. A word such as upscale invokes images of white tablecloths, a nicely carpeted floor and cushioned chairs. Something about your wooden tables and chairs, and linoleum tiled floor don't make me want to hurry in. I think you'd do well to hire an interior decorator to help give you that true "upscale" look.

I only gave a one star so I could comment on here saying it’s a horrible place all together I have friends working there an they didn’t pay them for two months an on top of that when they gave them a check the checks bounced

Hated the price of admission.There was no one there at 9 pm.

over priced. breaking labor and pay laws. I give it less than a year before it's shut down and state employees can use their parking lot again.

ate brunch at upscale resturant and lounge. the food was amazing, the presentation of food was beautiful thanks to chef adonia. the staff was attentive and good natured. we even spoke with the owner and manger several times as they checked on our needs and answered our questions. you can tell that the customer experience is their number one concern.

Nice people, well renovated but the food is better at a gas station especially for the price they charge. Wouldn’t recommend eating here I have zero clue who recommended 5 stars!
