Our food was prepared to order. The gracious Waitress met all our needs with quick and prompt service! The restroom was neat and clean, which was a welcome surprise! My Godmom and I were extremely pleased. I definitely recommend this Waffle House if you're in Jacksonville, N.C. and wanting a great meal!!

Normally we have an enjoyable Sunday bunch here, but today was not. We showed up at noon and it seemed like we were in a club. Having to yell at each other just so we can hear each other. I don't mind music but this was terrible. The employees were yelling louder than normal and what seemed to be messing around more. I don't mind people having fun while they work, but this seemed to be over the top. We had a different waitress today and we always order the same thing every time, so why was our bill this time $3 more than normal. When asked she just came up with excuses.

Every time my wife and me go they Always do a Awesome job with our orders and they are fast. Great service and food every time and very friendly workers. We would 100% recommend stoping in for some good food.

This is the first and the last time that I will ever walk into this establishment! Waitress was nice and friendly! But they need to lighten up and take a freaking joke! Everybody so sensitive now! They're called jokes people! The cook better hope he has his work visa!
