Literally the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too, everytime I go I’m waiting in line so long I could have driven to the Wendy’s off of western and already gotten my food. If your on base just go to subway.

every time i go here our food is always messed and or cold. but my main complaint is, WHY ARE THEY SERVING LUNCH AT 10am??!! i went today to get their breakfast fries before work (9:50) and they said they ran out of breakfast food and it’s lunch time. LUNCH DOESNT START TILL 11:30🤨🤨 it’s so inconvenient and makes me irritated asf because i want the breakfast food AT BREAKFAST TIME. do better.

Seems that the night crew has an attitude as well as not being told to wash their hands and change gloves after touching everything in the store then trying to make my sandwich!!

The Wendy’s lady held my food in the rain for 30 seconds then the bag fell apart, dumping my food all over the ground after I had already paid, then refused to give me new food or a refund by the time I picked it up off the ground. Everything was sopping wet, the only thing I could salvage was my sandwich but when I opened it up, my order was still wrong. if I could give zero stars for everything I would. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

I'm unsure why this location is so terrible compared to every other Wendy's in town. I've tried giving it a fair chance by going at different times of day and different days of the week.
The primary issue I find is charged prices for items before tax is regularly higher than menu prices. Combine that with missing items or missing components of items and it makes for a less than pleasurable experience.
Mid-day manager on weekends is also a nightmare to deal with. I genuinely feel sorry for her employees.

Went here several time this week as I was working close to it and it was convenient to the job site. Food was not bad but 2 days I ended up with a hot soda because they don't give you hardly any ice. My coworker said his meal today was the worst he ever had a Wendy's. Overall not a good experience.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I had to wait 14 minutes before I could get my meal and seven of them were spent not even paying attention to me because she was focused on either the drive-through or the pick up orders. I did finally get my meal. My fries were cold, and my sandwich looked like it was putting together by a fifth grader, who, after wrapping it up, smashed it with their fist. The soda machine was literally out of 20 different flavors out of the totality of 27 so it’s forced to drink Coca-Cola. That’s not a big deal. It was actually pretty good. Don’t go to this Wendy’s bad to go.
