They charge 25 cent per package of ketchup, I BS you not! I feel sorry for the workers because they were so apologetic. It’s not their fault the owners feel the need to charge for ketchup, for gods sake you serve French fries and make people pay for ketchup. What’s next, paying for a hamburger but the bun is extra? Not even one free packet of ketchup, the fries were hot too, you lost a customer for life, 5 Guys would never!

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but something is always wrong for me at this Wendy’s.
Either they get my order wrong, the food is cold, coffees taste watered down, or they will let you order something and then when you get to the window, they will say they don’t have it.
The customer service isn’t great either, whenever there is an inconvenience they don’t apologize or try to make it better. They just leave it as it is.
I’ve tried this location 5 times in the last couple months, and I think it’s safe to say I won’t be going again. Everytime there is something wrong, and I waistmy money. 😞

Fast food is really going downhill. We came in for breakfast and it took 15 minutes to get our food. Wendy’s is now focusing on their own supply chain and statistics for when to make food instead of having it ready for the customer. Be ready for a long wait whenever you want to eat here. I was not impressed and do not have any plans on returning any time soon. It was not worth the money or experience.
After waiting in line at the drive thur for 23 minutes ( Note it was three vehicles ahead of me). I was greeted with "Will you be using your mobile app today". My reply was no. The next thing that she said "wait just a minute." When she returned after 2 minutes, she said. Rudely. Sir, place your order. I received my order and once I got home the order was incomplete. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Went to Wendy's and the order was incorrect. I was halfway back home when I realized the mistake and when I looked in the bag for the receipt there was no receipt either. Called the restaurant and talked to a young lady who said she would fix the order if I came back. I told her I was halfway home, but if she could just refund the amount I paid for the double and just charge me for the single. She said she would have the manager call me back, but after all this time I still haven't recieved a call back. I'm pissed because that was my money and to not even get a call back as promised is piss poor customer service.

First time here for breakfast. Really impressed with a professional/courteous gentleman who took our order. We were able to clearly understand his responses.
Dietary restrictions: Omitted egg, changed Swiss cheese to American.
Parking: All the tables were clean. No grease smell. Small flower w/ vase on each table. Nice touch. Employees were respectful and no yelling in the cook area. Walls and windows were clean. Thank you for making our visit a reason to smile.
