I went through the drive thru and tried to order a salad. But when I got to the window they gave me something else. When I tried to tell the cashier I ordered a salad, she got all defensive and said she knew she heard me order something else. I ended up asking for a refund and she threatened to fight me and told me she was the manager. As someone who used to work in fast food, I know this behavior towards a customer is very inappropriate. Very disappointed with this experience and will avoid this Wendy’s in the future.

They charge 25 cent per package of ketchup, I BS you not! I feel sorry for the workers because they were so apologetic. It’s not their fault the owners feel the need to charge for ketchup, for gods sake you serve French fries and make people pay for ketchup. What’s next, paying for a hamburger but the bun is extra? Not even one free packet of ketchup, the fries were hot too, you lost a customer for life, 5 Guys would never!

The soda machine here is out of this world! So many options and flavor. So what if the circle across the street is $0.79 any size drink.... Sugar free drinks for me... Plus a Dave's Double.

I don’t like to write bad reviews, but something is always wrong for me at this Wendy’s.
Either they get my order wrong, the food is cold, coffees taste watered down, or they will let you order something and then when you get to the window, they will say they don’t have it.
The customer service isn’t great either, whenever there is an inconvenience they don’t apologize or try to make it better. They just leave it as it is.
I’ve tried this location 5 times in the last couple months, and I think it’s safe to say I won’t be going again. Everytime there is something wrong, and I waistmy money. 😞
I asked for a bacon cheeseburger and got a tiny kids junior bacon burger and the fries were almost burnt...
