The cashier tonight was extremely rude. Walked, no one was at the counter so we tapped the bell. Nothing. Tapped it again… nothing. 4 bell taps and she finally came to the register. We asked a simple question about one of the items and she said “write it on the bag.” We informed her we needed an answer to the question first so we could decide from there and again she said “….write it on the bag.” Refused to answer our question. We ordered fries and with a very nasty tone, she said “we out of fries.” We stated that was upsetting because we love their fries and she said, “yeah, well, we’re out.”We just ended up leaving instead of having her make any of our order. Terrible customer service.

What a shame. I just bought a house around the corner from this location. I love Which Wich from my hometown. Pricy but worth it. I stopped in this evening, 9 Mar 2024. This employee was rude and slapped the sandwich together. The avocado was literally smeared on the outside of the sandwich. It was messy but tasted meh...ok. For over $20 for one sandwich, I kind of expected a little better experience and quality. Again, I guess you shouldn't expect much from a restaurant attached to a gas station. When people visit and say, "hey, you have a Which Wich!" My response will be, "yeah, keep driving...it sucks". I tried it...I'm done, it was really that bad.

The changes they have made are NOT good. They changed the way to order and started using bacon bits to make their BLTs. The bacon bits tasted like store bought and not made fresh. Don't waste your money.

Messed up order last 2 times I’ve been in. Both times I ordered the Club. Last time they only gave me only turkey so the ham and bacon were both missing. This time they gave me turkey and ham but forgot the bacon. I like the different variety of items you can put on your sandwiches but the service is sub par. Wish there was another location closer.
This place is on my route to and from work and so I stop in here and there but I have come to expect their fry machine to be down, their shakes to be unavailable for a multitude of reasons and the service to be more how do I get you out of my store instead of how can I help you. The food is always well prepared, tasty, made quickly, and most importantly with few to no errors though so it makes it idea in a pinch.

We stopped in late at night and were pleasantly surprised. Ive always loved Which Wich, but was apprehensive about it being connected with a gas station. The girl working was super friendly, but also helpful and patient with the ordering for our young kids. The sandwiches were super yummy too.

Never disappointed with a which from here. Their sandwiches are so good. I love how you can order menu options or completely customize your order! I love getting a nice and hot sandwich. Also they have the best pickles!! When I was there last they had also added fries to the menu and I really liked them.
Love the wicked favorite sandwich! When go at lunch very busy only 1 person making sandwiches so have a bit of a wait. Probably same issue all restaurants these days lack of workers.
