Was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. Took two hours, food was cold. The onion rings pretzels and cheese fries were stale and cold. Burgers were ok. I’ve had better from them. The cheese fries looked like a slice a cheese was set on top and heated. Very disappointing. I called them to give them a chance to make it right and he just kept telling me he couldn’t see how it would be cold. I just said it’s ok I’ll order from somewhere else fromm now on.

IF ZERO STARS WAS POSSIBLE I WOULD ABSOLUTELY CHOOSE ZERO STARS.
First of all, the Wing Zone location at 1478 Burgaw Highway, Jacksonville, NC 28540, has NEVER given my family issues in almost 5 years.
Although tonight I can absolutely consider this the WORST experience at ANY food establishment in my entire LIFE.
Who ever Employee #302 is, seems to be a decent person, but has ZERO business working or running a shift at an establishment that serves food and/or the very least customers in general.
I am a VERY giving and lenient person, and I NEVER do this type of thing, but the absolute disrespect and disregard this person had when we FIRST/INITIALLY called to place a pick-up order was astounding and unbelievable.
The “sighing” and “couldn’t care less” tone and attitude he had while taking our pick-up order over the phone just about made my wife and I give up and find elsewhere to patronize, and we LOVE Wing Zone.
After being told 20-25 minutes for the meals, I entered the restaurant, and only after about 2-3 minutes was greeted and assisted, at which time I was informed that my wife’s order of a “Chicken Salad” could not be completed because “we ran out of lettuce”. At this point in time it was 32 minutes since the order was received by the restaurant, and I or my wife did not receive a SINGLE courtesy phone call to inform us that our order could not be completed properly.
Again, I am an understanding person, but this employee very “nonchalantly” informed me that they “ran out of lettuce” and that he was sure my wife was “pissed”…and not ONCE did this person apologize or take ANY type of accountability for taking a customers order in which he could NOT fulfill, and due to his lack of care and professionalism did NOT even consider informing said customer before they drove 25 minutes to pick up the order that they would be wasting their time doing so.
After being informed that HALF of the order could not be fulfilled, I asked if the rest of the order was complete, so I could AT LEAST leave the restaurant with that, at which point I was told that “my burger was up”…and not understanding, I asked if the REST of the order was finished, keep in mind at this point we are closing in on 40 minutes of a “supposed” 20-25 minute wait time. This gentleman then went into the kitchen area and spent about 6-7 minutes back there, at which point he reappeared and handed me my Wing Zone zone brown paper bag stapled closed.
After leaving the restaurant I did what I always do, and check my bag to make sure I was given everything I ordered and paid for, at which point my wife and I opened our “Jumbo Cheese Fries” container to find a tray of fries covered in room temperature/cold “shredded cheese” you would find at a mediocre taco shop as a topping, NO ATTEMPT was made at melting the cheese to complete the “cheese fries”
To be completely transparent, at this point my wife and I were quite upset, after the poor attitude and ZERO attempt at customer service of ANY kind, we showed this gentleman the “cheese fries”, and once again, this person showed absolutely NO emotion or care, NOR did he offer to “fix” the issue, AND/OR properly refund us our hard-earned money for the order, OR** at the VERY least refund us for the cost of the “jumbo cheese fries”.
The FACT I even find myself typing this is so astronomically out of the ordinary there would be no way to possibly communicate how upset I am.
I promise I will make it my life’s “Mission” to ensure and PROTECT other potential patrons from experiencing such a lack of customer service, blatant disregard, and BLATANT disrespect from a “so-called” employee of Wing Zone.
I absolutely require and demand at this point, some kind of recognition and/or understanding from “Big” Wing zone. Otherwise I will fulfill my promise to the best, and fullest of my ability.

Food is terrible, service is terrible. EVERYTIME order from here its wrong. This place is terrible and forget your order. Better off ordering from BWW and that 2 is hit or miss. Noone appreciate their job anymore since COVID, easy excuse

After placing an order for a cheese burger,the driver calls to tell me he's here.i look no driver.he was at neighbors house.he pulled through their yard.i told him wrong house.he give me my food.$25 total.i give him $40.i ask for $10 back.website says drivers have $15.he tells me no change.im force to tip $15.on top of delivery fee already added.40 dollars for 2 items.called manager.nothing.will not be ordering from here again

If I could give a rating lower than 1 I would. EVERYTIME I order food from them it’s at least and hour and a half delivery when the site say 30-45 minutes. When you call and ask it’s always sitting in the counter and has been forgotten about. I have had food sit so long before that they tell me they have to remake it because it’s so cold. Piss poor service in general.

Wingzone is my family’s favorite wing place! The flavors are unbelievably delicious and the chicken is so good. They do great offers throughout the week. Customer service is great too. Moving soon and will miss Wingzone boneless wings.

I have waited over an hour and a half for my delivery. Didn't get anything saying that there would be a delay or they were running behind. I was originally told 45-an her but and hour and half go by and still nothing. So, when I call and ask what is going on they tell me it will be another 15 minutes because they only have one driver. I'm just saying when you are managing a business you should contact your orders and let them know what is going on.

Wings were good, dont get me wrong, but.. it was a little over cooked it could have been me. And my wings felt like there was not a lot of sauce on my wings.

The mild buffalo wings I had where gross ?. They tasted like oil. Could not taste the sauce. I threw them in the garbage.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought food from here. The chicken was overcooked and dry. It was not fit to eat. I will not recommend this place, or eat here again.
