The pace that these folks were setting was underwhelming. I am not sure if they lost out ticket or if this is common but our order took 1H 30M to come out. Abismal service relative to other Wing Stops.

The people who work there are super disorganized. I’ve been there multiple times. The people in the kitchen are chatting instead of working, and only one person makes all the orders. The place is never clean.

David David David David David this guy was amazing his customer serviceability was impeccable walked me through my order made sure I knew what was on the menu and the deals that they had I think more restraunts need workers like David and his ability to talk to customers and make them feel welcomed and not just another customer that walks in.

Bless their hearts…. In the 5 times I’ve been there, or ordered online… they’ve NEVER gotten the order correct. My daughter is sus there often and says the same thing. Service nice sometimes but the wrong order consistently is just bad. Wings are great!

Let me begin with the wait time. I waited 45 min for 10 wings like what🤣 it’s actually funny. Then when I got my food my fries were cold. My wings were SUBMERGED in oil. They were all wet and soggy. Just horrible. And me waiting my 45 minutes. Keep in mind i ordered to go online. So technically I waited 55 minutes. 10 minutes to get to the store and 45 minutes in store. And better yet I had seen walk ins get their food 10 minutes after ordering. Just garbage customer service.

I’m a long time customer and I spend a lot of money at Wingstop. I’ve just had the worst customer service from the so called “manager” named Johanna! I ordered my wings well done and they were very soft and soggy, I also ordered a 10pc parm only corn and they were super spicy with parm seasoning. I couldn’t eat the corn and I had to put my wings in the air fryer. I spoke with Johanna and what an unprofessional manager to represent such a huge business!! Johanna could care less about my complaint, she didn’t ask to remake the order or a store credit she simply stated the GM Penny is the only one that can refund and I don’t know when she will be in but when she comes it takes 2-5 business days… say what? So you’re telling me you can’t make this right as a manager.. cool! I let Johanna know that I will be leaving a review and I’m calling corporate because someone needs to investigate this “ so called manager” 100% rude and not one inch of empathy!!

I was told they couldn’t take my order two hours before close…I called and the person answering only said “hello” nothing more, I start w my order then got told “no” I said no what? And he proceeded to say “no” again. Worst Wingstop I have ever been to.

Every single time I order pick up (most times well over an hour in advance) they do not even start the order until I am waiting in person. I watch people come in after me , order and leave before me . I had an order suppose to be ready at 6:15 and I ordered at 4:50 . 30 minutes later I am still in this building waiting for my food. They do not honor the carry out times and it is extremely frustrating watching others come in after me and leave before me. Do not offer a service of a time for pickup if it is not honored

My order was wrong . I order 6 wings honey hot and 10 pieces lemon pepper . I'm disgusted that you charger me 1.39 for lemon pepper on side . When I got back to my room they gave 10 piece honey hot and 6 pieces lemon pepper. That is not what I order . I will never step foot back in there again . That's on Mary had a little lamb .
