Would've been good if they had given us what we ordered. They forgot part of our order and then didn't apologize. By the time we got to eat our food it was soggy, and cold.

Hmm... where do I start...
I will preface this to say that I have been a fan of Wingstop for more than 20 years and was excited when Wingstop came here. But this is not the Wingstop experience I have enjoyed in the past.
The staff.... had to be one of the least professional places I've been to eat in quite a while. After sitting to wait for food, I watched. I couldn't locate a head or manager who might be in charge. I watched many walking around munching on food. I honestly couldn't tell at times who was staff and who was a patron. My bag was drenched in sauce because one of the boxes was damaged. The wait time was awful.... my order was incorrect.
The atmosphere....dark, drab and cramped...
The food.... the boneless chicken I swear tasted like the Tyson Anytizers.... which I do eat.... but could've made at home for much less money. The french fries were horrid and barely edible.
The only thing that salvaged the visit was my family there with me. Probably won't be back any time soon.

This is the 3rd time they have gotten my order wrong at this location. I tried calling multiple times but yet they failed to answer the phone. I only ordered from them because my family wanted them. But definitely won't be buying from them again. Wings were not sauced that was supposed to be, boneless wings I ordered magically had bones in them, didn't receive none of the ranches that came with my big order. They forgot my veggie sticks again, nor did they provide the proper drinks I order either.

Was due for a refund of $6.58 and only received $3.00 which isn’t even the price of the one 32-oz drink! I’ve tried to reach out about 30 times, no one answers the phone. When they finally answered the manager wasn’t there and they were not there. The cashier then told me they would leave a note on the managers desk for them to reach out, that was several days ago. Outright stole from me and it’s wrong. No one has tried to make it right at all!!! Not sure why they aren’t reaching out?! I put in a ticket with corporate and they have yet to respond either. Not sure why I didn’t get my full refund in the first place. I took a picture of the note when I first originally went in so there shouldn’t have been a mistake!

I placed my order at 2:00 PM, and it was supposed to be ready by 2:21 PM. Instead, I was forced to wait until 3:45 PM—which is absolutely outrageous! This level of service is completely unacceptable. How does an order that should take 21 minutes end up taking over an hour and a half? There was no communication, no updates, and no consideration for my time. This experience was beyond frustrating, and I expect something to be done about it.

Ordered through doordash and somehow they forgot the main part of the meal. The wings!?!? I'm incredibly disappointed because wingstop is my favorite. And when it arrived, it was cold.

Heard they had 70cent wings on special, I'd never been here before so I came to try it out. The cashier seemed confused because I asked for a wing combo and asked if they're still doing the special for the wings. She said yes. My 10pc combo costed $17. I saw the total and asked if that was after the promotional discount was applied and she said he, but because I switched my fries to carrots and got a bottled water it uncharged me. I get my receipt and see nothing on it about the promotion so I ask the manager. She then tells me that it doesn't apply to the combo, just the wings by themselves which I specifically asked the cashier about. She said she couldn't so anything about it but if I took the survey on the receipt she'd give us free fries. The wings tasted great but the fries were sweet like that were cooked in sugar oil. It was weird and not very good but I liked the wings which is why this isn't lower than a 3 star. Not going back though lol

I placed an order for around 80 bucks on the app. I waited an additional hour for the food to come out, these wings were so tiny, i assumed they came off of midget chickens. They were dry with very little meat. The fries were wet, the corn was even smaller. I tried contacting the store with my concerns but no call, or my email was returned. We didnt even eat our food. We ended up ordering pizza instead because the food was so unappealing. I wont be getting food here probably ever again. Oh, and a month before this experience, i bought a 40 count wings, and was missing 20. I went in to pickup, got to the car and noticed they werent there and when i told them i was missing my wings, they didnt believe me. The food was decent then, i dont know what the hecht happened.

No because why does it take RIDICULOUSLY LONG to pick up a DoorDash. Not only have we should have NOT picked that order but your wasting my gas because you can’t comprehend how to multitask and move at a fast pace. I’ve worked fast food and when it ain’t moving it’s FOR A REASON. someone needs to get this store in check and flip staff.

I placed a phone order at 515 today at the western blvd location..Having run restaurants myself l, I knew there would be a wait especially for wings. I arrived to get my order at 540..The kid behind the counter was lost and flustered to say the least. He checked on my order which was not up yet...or was it?...I checked a couple more times on my order as time went by only to be told that it still wasnt done. I waited until approximately 615 and inquired yet again about my food. Now I was being told that they couldnt find my name. Another young man asked for my last name and qouldnt you know it, my order was up and had been for the last 30 minutes..the little fella wrote the wrong name down. Amidst all that, I watched a group on wingstop bigwigs having a meeting of some sort in the back while these people are getting worked over with no backup. I never let my people struggle at 530 during dinner because I was having a meeting. Puss poor leadership and training. Needless tp say my food was cold. Im not trying to get anything from this place. God knows it would take forever, get lost, and be cold anyway. This is one you management team
