In here right now and been behind two people in line,20 minutes wait to just order. Guy taking orders is getting drive through before us and yet multiple people standing around. They either want 100% drive through and stop inside orders or something. Make up your mind. Bad management problem.

I ordered a salad, the lady at the counter tossed (literally) me a bag with a sandwich of some sort. I told her there was a mistake, I ordered a chicken salad. She took the bag and tossed it on a rack behind a glass partition. After standing for a few minutes realized I had been put in the penalty box by a young girl I ask to just give me what ever was in the bag. She tossed it to me. The restaurant is not recommended. Pay wino wages, get wino labor.

not impressed. We were missing condiments and silverware from our order. They dont have Bojangles in Arizona, so we figured we would check them out. Wont come back

If your in a hurry i dont recommend coming, if your the only one in line they take about 10-15 minutes just to bring your food, but if there is a line then it can take up to an hour just to get your food. Overall i don’t recommend this Bojangles you should go to a different one.
