Seems like there’s always a problem. Drive thru speaker is down and has been down for months. Sign on speaker says pull around to window. You’ll wait at the window for at minimum 10 minutes before being acknowledged or giving up and parking. Don’t order curbside, you’ll wait for your entire lunch break before realizing they set it on the pickup cart inside the building. Today my sandwich was just not good. The bread was severely undercooked & just dough. I get being understaffed, I work retail, but that doesn’t mean it’s an excuse to half way do things. Complete your tasks the full 100%, quality work over quantity….

Got a sandwich with very little meat on it, felt like it was toasted for 5 seconds. Very upset at this failure of a sandwich. Subway knows better.Update- gave it a year, still the same terrible little subway. got a BMT and the lady put salami and half of it and the pepperoni on the other half instead of covering the entire sandwich. ABYSMAL!

Fast accurate and good service bread sometimes burns up but is cooked with sandwiches. They have soup of the day too usually with snack cookies and drinks.

This subway always closes early … says open till 8 and they close the whole shop at 6:30… probably just riding the clock while not having to work. Worst drive thru ever. All have attitudes

1/13/21Walked in Subway and there was a young man mopping floor, a youmg man sitting down at a table on his phone, and a young lady waiting on family ahead of me. The young lady had her mask pulled down below her chin. The other two young men did not have masks on at all. The young man sitting down got up walk behind counter with ear phones still in his ears and put on gloves and proceeded to start handling food without even washing his hands. I ask the young man mopping if the manager was there and he said no. I mention to him the young man did not wash his hands before returning to work and he response was he put gloves on. I said to him that is just like you finish mopping floors and go start making food afterwards, I said you still have to wash your hands. These folks probably think they dont have to wash their hands after using the restroom too (...because they put gloves on). Needless to say I did not order food and walked out the door.

The 2 ladies at the location near the Walgreens on Mackay Rd were on top of it...they had tons of orders coming in and were fast and very friendly. They were awesome!

Avoid this location!!!! Sat in the drive through for a good 7-8-10 mins and was never helped so I went in and boy do I regret that! EXTREMELY rude staff! Acted as it was a problem to take my order and had an attitude. Was not pleasant at all and will never go back to this location again! Absolute worst customer service!

This location is slow. It has been consistently slow every time I've gone. I like Subway and this happens to be the closest to my home. I felt as if I was in purgatory this evening. No one is ever standing behind the counter when you arrive. At least that has been the case when I have come. The young lady who took my order kept talking to another worker while making my sandwich, which made her forget every condiment I told her I wanted after I told her. I kept repeating myself. I couldn't believe how slow it was taking her to make my sandwich. She definitely put everything on there perfectly. I swear I felt like I was being punked. I can't imagine if there is a crowd. Then I heard her friend/coworker say you put too much mayonnaise. They giggled. Luckily, I like a lot of Mayo. When she said my total, the price sounded kind of high. I said, how much is a veggie sub? She looked puzzled. I got my receipt. She charged me twice. That started a whole other confusing fiasco to which they had to get the manager. I paid with a card. The manager asked if she could refund me in cash. I just accepted it because I was ready to leave. Of course they were out of unsweet tea. (Yes I like unsweet tea). The bread tasted old. They got a star, because the inside is clean. Don't do the drive through. It is typically a longer wait. I e learned the hard way a few times. I think I'm just going to go next door to Harris Teeter and get one of their sandwiches next time. I tried...
