Sanctuary Vineyards Outer Banks Winery

Kind folks, nice wine! Plank table is my favorite one! Had a tasting and the man behind the counter was really nice as well!

Took my wife to the Outer Banks for the weekend and stopped by this winery along the way. I did a wine tasting there truly enjoyed the sampling they had. They had several $5 flights to choose from and then one more robust flight that was $10. They however, wave that $10 if you end up buying any of those wines which we did. It’s just a great little winery to stop by and enjoy some good wine.

Nikki, at the Cotton Gin Sanctuary winery, was absolutely LOVELY! She truly made our family vacation together! The wine was absolutely incredible and had something for everyone in our group- which had a vast array of wine preferences. Nikki and a so knowable and gave us so much information on the wines! We were FASCINATED!!!!

The workers there are very kind and helpful. Loved the light chardonnay. Bought several bottles.

Did a wine tasting at the Sanctuary Vineyard room at the Cotton Gin Store in Nags Head. The wine we tasted were delicious, I especially enjoyed the sweet wine.

Sanctuary Vineyards is an amazing winery offering samples and sales right on-site where their wine is made! They are knowledgeable and helpful with wine selections. I highly recommend attending their events especially the upcoming evens in the fall like Currishuck!

On our trip home from the Outer Banks we had engine trouble and turned into the parking lot of Sanctuary Vineyards. One of their employees, Rebecca , came out to see if she could provide us any assistance as we were figuring out our next steps to have the vehicle towed and repaired. I am so grateful to her and their business for allowing us to come inside and wait in their cool and comfortable tasting room. To ease my stress, she offered a glass of red wine (very good) and we couldn't have had anyone be nicer and more accommodating during this stressful time. Wonderful family operated business! I appreciate the help!

Very nice Winery, great atmosphere, nice selection of wines and they are dog friendly! Nice place to visit and have a flight or glass of wine. They also have local beers

Did a tasting at the Duck location in the Cotton Gin. Nikki, our tasting guide, was wonderful and well informed about all of the wines. The wines themselves were delicious… didn’t know NC had such high quality wine!

i only been there once for line dancing are you guys pet friendly other then service dogs?? i dont want to take my dogs and them not be allowed in and ur number on the website doesnt work 😔

We did a complimentary wine tasting with Nikki at the Cotton Gin in Duck. She was phenomenal! So kind, so funny, and so informative. I didn’t plan on buying anything, but Nikki totally made such great cases for all the bottles, I couldn’t leave empty handed. She is a wonderful person & sommelier & I hope she is still there next year:)!
