Christie the GM is very VERY rude and she treats the homeless people she gives free food to better than a paying customer, She didn’t look at me while taking my order and rushed me. Talking to the homeless people while taking my order, she barely handed me my receipt she was looking away and took the receipt with her. She’s made me never want to come back. But the rest of the staff is very friendly Heather and penny made my day extra special. And apologized for her when it’s not their job to. You NEED a new GM.

Every time we go to this Arbys the food is messed up. My kid had to put his food in the microwave just so he can eat it. The fries are cold and hard. The cheddar cup is not even half full. I called the manager and Tim (the manager) immediately had an attitude and told me he did the cheddar cup on purpose. I guess bc it was ordered at the window. I will be getting in touch with the GM. Because nobody should be cussed at like I was.

It’s sad disappointing at how much prices have increased in the last 3 years and how bad people are treated while paying the ridiculous prices. I sincerely hope that we get past this point soon.
