Order the 5 plus 5 a leg and a thigh beans and tea. I get home have a wing and a breast that i don’t eat. Another time didn’t get the bread another time chicken was burnt. I use to love Bojangles better KFC Popeye chicken. I will never eat there again i should give a bad review everyday i wake up.

Not sure who set up the kiosks but some items are not even able to be ordered successfully because of missing configuration options. The workflow is absolute garbage, but if it functioned customers would at least be able to consistently use it. No matter what, you just cannot select or edit sides on a combo, but you can proceed to pay without doing that. The options are completely missing for what I tried to order.

Terrible experience!! This is the second time I have been to this location in the last 2 weeks and both times have been terrible . Employees have an awful attitude, my order has been wrong both times and the food was pretty cold. I know the weekends are busy but there is still no excuse . I will not be coming back to this location.
Please consider re training staff on what customer service actually means ( from someone who has been In this industry for over 10 years )

I came with my grandparents to eat inside about a week ago and the girl taking out order was rude, she had no emotion at all and wouldn’t even say yes ma’am or no sir. Then today I ordered DoorDash from here and the fries were stale. I paid 2 dollars to get cheese on both of my gravy biscuits, which weren’t in there. I then also had no straws in my bag for my drinks.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese combo, the biscuit didn't even have a full slice of bacon on it.
Went at 9:00 put my order in the automated thing went to the window they asked what my order was I told them they said they didn’t have any bo bites so I asked for a chicken sandwich and they said they had no chicken…..

The manager Slkiya and her morning team yesterday 9/17/2025 did a great job taking care of my order. I've placed my order online for the incorrect date for 9/18 instead of 9/17 for my order online and went to talk to her in the morning to see if she was able to change it or know of a telephone to reach the Bojangle catering since the telephone # that was on the e-mailed was not a working #. When calling the telephone #, it was asking to enter a passcode, but there was no passcode to enter to speak with someone to change the date of my order. Slkiya says she will take care of the order for today instead of tomorrow. Her and her team took care of my order at my pick-up time and everything I've ordered was in it. Thumbs up to Slkiya and her morning team for an awesome job.

Ove the past 2 weeks, my family has had the worst experience at this location. First my mom started have problems with overcooked food, half full fries. I was craving bojangles so I got a 12 piece, over half the chicken pieces were just crumbs. I had like 6 pieces of chicken regular size, and 6 the size of a dry black bean. I'm serious. It happened to me twice in 2 weeks, my mom who stops by there after work has been 3 times and had 3 bad experience. Since the new location opened, they have had pretty bad service but the food was fine. Now it's terrible service and terrible food. I was talking to my aunt yesterday, she mention out of no where, she wasn't going back.so I told her our experience. We've all called to let the manager know, all the do is apologize and offer another order of whatever they messed up. We don't want free food. Just the right portions the first time and the quality food we paid for.

The service at my local Bojangles has been consistently disappointing. Orders are frequently incorrect, and the staff often seem disinterested or overwhelmed, leading to long wait times even when the restaurant isn't busy. On multiple visits, I've encountered rude customer service and a lack of basic cleanliness in both the dining area and behind the counter. It's frustrating to expect Southern hospitality and leave feeling frustrated and ignored. Bojangles needs to seriously reevaluate how this location is being managed.
