THIS STORE STRESSES ME OUT!
I know the workers are stressed. I have been here multiple times and I think it's time to give a review.

The last 5 times I have been it has taken about 40 minutes each time. I don't completely blame the employees. The layout of the store is horrible. Pretty much everything is behind the counter, except to order which is ironic. The old building across the street ran so much smoother. It honestly seems like Bojangles made this restaurant location to stress test their employees. The food is usually pretty good and biscuits are fresh about every time. Even still I can't see myself coming back here, at the rate it's been it would be faster to dine in at a restaurant.

It is simply pathetic for the public to have to be presented with such sorry service and food that is overpriced.
Employees are more worried about their nails than doing what they should be doing.
The sandwich was terrible. Crumbled bacon bits, not bacon strips. Shredded lettuce that was not fresh in any way.
I will never eat anything from Bojangles anymore.

Go at 6:50 to get dinner. Places my order, had to repeat everything twice. They didn’t have the Bo bites or pies. Get to the window and realize they didn’t bo size the combos like I said twice. They got an attitude and said if you want that you have to come in to refund. I told them not to worry about it. Had to wait in the food. They bright it out and I was still missing stuff. Horse can they run it off food that early? Attitudes were horrible.

Currently 10:30 been here since 10:15 on a Friday and my order hasn’t been taken, 2 workers keep walkin by my car like I’m not tryna order. I just want some chicken tenders so I can be on my way and I can’t even get that.

Food is never a problem except the fries can be hit or miss. But the service inside is absolutely horrible. I usually go on Saturday or Sunday late morning. I have to wait at least 10 minutes to get my food because they usually only have 1 older lady on the front and she's not exactly quick. This morning they actually had 1 at the register and 1 packing food. I placed an online order at 12:08. It said 15 minutes. I got my food at 12:40.

This is what you get when you pay the employees to much. I walk in at 905 they said all they had was tenders and fries . They had what crap they had left in Bojangles boxes under the heat lamp the one employee was in the kitchen on her phone. If you want to pre close that early then find a job that's closes at 8 instead of putting the publics health at risk from food not meeting temp. food cant stay at right temp in a chicken box.

We love Bojangles. We stop there to get a biscuit every time we visit the area. We like the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and the BoBerry biscuit with extra icing! And the Bo rounds! This location is always fairly quick and friendly, and they always get our order right.

I reviewed this one some time ago, and since that review they have significantly improved. It no longer takes 40 minutes to go through the drive-thru; it’s very rare I am in that line for more than 10 minutes. The food is about what you would expect, as it is consistently decent. Pretty good bang for your buck. Sometimes drive-thru employees sound like they can’t stand being there but, in their defense, not the most fun job in the world.

If I could honestly write this zero stars I honestly would waiting for food to be prepared is absolutely ridiculous been sitting waiting for my food for almost an hour All the employees want to sit here and do is goof around play around and not complete orders like they're supposed to there is no reason why in order that was placed online should take an hour to do

I ordered dirty rice but I got pintos instead. I went back to get the rice and was given fries instead. When I FINALLY got the rice, it was ice cold. I called back and talked to the manager and he was very unconcerned!

Food poisoning.
Employees who don't know the meaning of work or how to be a decent human being.
Thank goodness for the higher-up employee whom after 30 minutes was able to give me a refund.
But I did end up with food poisoning after eating their chicken.
