We got two trays. One had a big double that wasn't big at all and two wraps which were fine. The other had two chicken quesodillas in it that had little to no chicken. The teas were fine. Was not impressed with the service or the crappy intercom.

Horrible service. The workers just don’t care. Ordered a double and only gave a single. Asked for plain chicken wrap and it had lettuce and ranch. Ordered a cup of chili and they barely filled up the cup. Terrible terrible service.

Waste of money and its been multiple times. Milkshakes are ALWAYS wrong and it was one of the featured ones! Waited over 15 mins at the window for them to not even complete my order. There wasn't anyone else in line, so it wasn't rush hour.

Went to this location at 3:08 and they said they closed in 10 minutes when they are scheduled to close at 3:30 ordered food an 2 Oreo shakes got the food but when we received the ice cream all of the Oreos were all on top and not mixed in, when we asked for it to be mixed in we were told the mixer was broken, but our friend before us got ice cream and was mixed in and they did not tell us it was broke when taking the order either

This is one of the better Cook Out drive-thrus I have been to. The food was delicious and hot. Not undercooked. Not burned. Just right. Fresh toppings on the burgers. Delicious floats. Best onion rings around. Great deal for your money.

I dislike giving anyone a low rating, sometimes it needs to happen. This experience deserved less than one star. The drive-thru is a complete failure. Having two lanes only works if you're actually serving both. Instead, the second lane was completely abandoned until the entire first line was served. After that frustrating wait, we were told at the window that they were out of a key item we had ordered. It’s unacceptable to not be told that until after you’ve already waited. They need to either fix their system or just run one lane. I will always give someone the benefit of doubt and allow for future improvement and will adjust my rating if that happens.
