I swear if I could give 0 stars I would I was craving some onion rings and quesadillas while I was at work, so I went to get some well no more than an hour later I was at WAR in this bathroom I was sicker than a dog almost had to go home, but thank God for Zofran because I don’t think I would be here today if it wasn’t for it. I do not recommend this place. You will get sick if you eat their food.

Cashiers attitude on 2/10 around 5pm was so negative. My passenger was placing an order and was talking loud so he can be heard from the passenger seat. The young man taking the order got an attitude and was like you don't need to yell. I (driver) said oh he's in the passenger seat and was trying to make sure you could hear him. The cashier continued to rant in a rude tone about how he can hear everything, how he was talking to his coworkers and he still heard everything. Now my passenger is asking cashier who are you talking to like that and now it's back and forth. Eventually a young lady says can you tell me what you want on that burger. I decided to just pull off. Obviously the order was heard but because the passenger was too loud that was more important. It was probably annoying for someone to be loud (UNINTENTIONALLY) actually trying to be helpful What happens when an elderly person or someone with low hearing does the same thing? I also reported this to corporations customer service because this was unnecessary.

Totally botched my order!! I ordered 2 chicken quesadilla tray, and they gave me 2 cheese quesadillas! And for my sides I ordered onion rings and cheese curds and this is all I got! Money is tight and this was dinner for the night, thanks for leaving me hungry cook out!

I love this place because when you have a late night hankering for anything you can think of cookouts got your back and their menu is fast like you couldn’t even imagine the stuff that’s on there like who would think that a cookout place would have chicken quesadillas or even The prices like you can get a full tray and it comes with so much side and everything two sides and a drink, and the sides aren’t what you would think they can be whatever you want to be they can be the main course and the milkshakes if you think of itthey’ll put it in there.

I just went to this cookout. There were workers inside walking around. I could see them and no one took my order. I asked where they’re open. No one said anything so I went online to look it said open sit there for 20 minutes. No one took my order.

Great food but the night shift employees on the register are awful. Be sure to check your bag before you pull away EVERYTIME or they WILL forget something.
You can tell that the employees here do not care to do their job nor to do it correctly and have nasty ass attitudes while doing it.

I am just so excited to come home after ordering my food, realizing they missed something then I check the ticket... it isn't on the ticket. I wanna let it go but I paid them $26 and change in cash and THEY POCKETED MY $2 SEEING AS MY RECEIPT SAYS $24.35. Cool thanks for quite LITERALLY taking my money. Lmfao just make sure you check everything before you leave all I gotta say. Paid for an imaginary side of nuggets.
