This place used to be great, but over the last five months, both the food and service have gone downhill. After today, I’m done. The food was downright disgusting, and the service was just as bad. Our server had an attitude from the moment she took our drink order.

I ordered steak fajitas, and the onions tasted overcooked and old. We also got a chimichanga, which is supposed to come with red sauce but whatever they served tasted like canned ravioli sauce. Absolutely unappetizing.

Sad to see a once great spot fall apart like this. Save your money and go somewhere that still cares about quality.

Walked in and everyone on the phones
Went to the bar, and the bartender that was waiting on us did not know what Fireball was and asked another lady what it was and then poured a half shot
In the glass
When we said something to the lady, she came and poured the fireball into a smaller shot glass and said, "Here it's fixed, but the shots were $9 each
Needless to say, we didn't stay for dinner

It took forever after getting our food for the server to come back over to the table and waited over 20 minutes to get a to-go box and our check. ---- Just a heads up, don't sit over in the back right corner.

Waited forever to be sat down. Restaurant wasn't even close to half capacity. Staff walking everywhere and nothing going on. Waitress only showed up only at the end of the meal to ask how we were doing. Terrible service. Food wasn't bad though. Would've been better with tortillas and salsa but they never brought it out and waitress was nowhere to be found.

I like this place. Open later, and i came in 1 night to go and was a few minutes late, and they still helped me.
Love the margaritas here.

I would highly recommend the Salisbury location, but not this one in Kannapolis. My husband & I went for lunch on a Saturday at 12pm and they were not busy. Our drinks took 20 minutes to come out, & my husband never got the food he ordered.

My server Alfonso was amazing great server great young man. Best server I've had yet. I wouldn't mind having him as my server Everytime I come eat at kannapolis location. If he gets even better imma have to give him a $100 tip. That kid should get a raise.

After sitting for ten minutes with no one even acknowledging we were there we left and went to El Alamogordo and the service and for were excellent. Sorry Los Arcos we probably won’t be back.
