I had placed a remake order today , a door dash mistake from the first time I ordered earlier in the month , on the way there to pick it up and was not able to cancel, when I called later they remade my whole order again even though I offered to just heat it back up as it was not their fault , over a great place and I always love their pizza !

Good pizza, good service. I prefer when their drivers deliver but I understand that they do get busy and have to let a service help sometimes. They get busy because the pizza is always good.

We placed a takeout order at this location at 8pm tonight- kid at the front said it would be 15-20 minutes, no big deal. We come back 20 minutes later to pickup and they say it’ll be a few more minutes. The same girl at the front register gives our food to someone else, completely oblivious. She then paces around for the next 5 minutes before telling ANYONE her mistake. We ask when it’ll be ready after 50 minutes and the blonde behind the counter snaps back with an attitude like we’re the issue and bothering HER. Horrible experience overall customer service wise, just for us to wait an hour in total for wings and cheese sticks. We will never be back to this location. For anyone wondering, order online and maybe you won’t have to deal with these people.

These people are doing the best they can considering how they are flooded with online orders. The manager is nice. I witnessed a crazy lady on super bowl Sunday actually reach across and hang up the phone while the manager was taking an order. Making crazy demands and what not. The manager offered her a refund and the crazy lady still threatened her.
