These people are doing the best they can considering how they are flooded with online orders. The manager is nice. I witnessed a crazy lady on super bowl Sunday actually reach across and hang up the phone while the manager was taking an order. Making crazy demands and what not. The manager offered her a refund and the crazy lady still threatened her.

I have enjoyed pizza from Papa John's for many years now. Sadly, I can no longer support this business. At least not this location. The service has steadily declined over the last few years to the point it is hit or miss whether I will get what I ordered. We used to get delivery but, besides the increasing cost of this service, we were getting cold pizza left on our porch with no idea it was outside. So, since my kids were now driving, I started sending them to pick up our order. All good until recently. After getting the text saying our order was ready, my oldest goes in to the store only to be told we haven't ordered anything. I had to forward him the email showing I had ordered and paid for two pizza's and wings before they would make our order. Then tonight I send the middle child to pick up our order. No problem, he comes home with two pizzas, no wings. I called the store and when I ask who I'm speaking with all I get is "Manager". When I ask where our wings are he puts me on hold without saying anything. Comes back and tells me they gave the wings to my son. Eventually he calls back and tells me he will refund the wings. The attitude and lack of customer service is very disappointing and though I like their food, we will find pizza somewhere that cares about their customers.

This is not an eat in restaurant. So I'm not sure that atmosphere applies here but there isn't anywhere to sit and you aren't greeted when you walk in. It's a mix bag as far as what you'll get. I've had both phenomenal pizza and garbage pizza from here. If you order extra cheese it's a gamble. I've gotten extra cheese that is perfect and I've gotten an extra cheese pizza that literally had almost no cheese. ?♀️ I'll add a pic of the last "extra cheese" pizza we received. The papa dough rewards are nice. The cheeseburger pizza was a huge hit, but when we tried to re-order it, this location didn't have the sauce. Again..its a gamble. This papa johns is like a box of chocolates..you never know what you're gonna get.

I ordered their new pizza the big New York pizza and mine come with no sauce on it at all u only taste meat cheese and bread and I luv to taste the sauce that's what make the pizza call back and talk to the manger no help just held the phone wasn't no help I just hang up on him no more papa John for me pizza Hut from now on
