I received the wrong order! But the manager immediately owned up to the switcheroo oopsie on their part and had another pizza made and sent out to me pronto! Now THIS is how you handle customers. Shout out to the lady manager, I did not get your name, but you saved my pizza night!!

Ordered Papa Johns for the first time tonight, its been awhile so figured we would try it again.We ordered through there Papa Pairings. We ordered a pizza and two orders of wings, one bone-in and one boneless.To start, the pizza was meant to be original crust but it was more so thin and other slices thicker and very inconsistent across the board. The "6 piece" bone-in wings had great flavor of honey chipotle however apparently someone cannot count as we were only given 5 wings...The 10pc boneless "wings" are chicken nuggets smaller than that of McDonalds - although the parmesan garlic sauce was decent.Overall a poor experience after not having it for years. We will not return to this location or any Papa Johns for that matter.

Not too sure what’s going on with this store, but the constant deliveries via DoorDash instead of PapaJohns employees is unsatisfactory.

I don't know how those boys were surviving the heat. It was literally an oven in there. Despite that, they were super friendly and cheerful. Food wasn't super great, but I'm assuming they were delirious from the heat. Shame on management and the franchise owner for deplorable working conditions. I hope those two guys get better, safer jobs soon.
Nathaniel is a shift leader here who uses racial slurs on the premise and against his black-american colleagues. Carlos a General Manager here had done absolutely nothing about it. Even after going there personally and sharing the video i took. He done nothing. I have video evidence as well. When confronted the yt male stated "a racist made your pizza" as an insult. Will never be coming back. I will contact corporate shortly so something can be done with both parties. i

I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery from the kannpolis store last night. I paid over the phone. The pizza never came. I called this morning to speak with manager. He said the refund should be back on my card within 24-48 hrs. I asked what was the problem why wasnt it delivered? Why nobody called to tell me it wasn’t going to be delivered. He said he didn’t know. He was dry… never said sorry… no compensation for the inconvenience or nothing! No stars…& 5 thumbs down
