Your rating would be higher if customer service was better! Staff opens windows, hands the food to the customer, and don’t say one word throughout the whole transaction of taking your money, giving you your food, giving you your card/change back, or anything. Customer service is everything! If it’s off, it changes the entire rating!

I went yesterday around maybe 6pm. All the food was hot and fresh. Red beans & rice wasn't hard and it was very flavorful. Chicken was sooo good and crunchy. They accommodated everything I needed for the food and also gave us coupons! Customer service was great! Best popeyes I've had in a minute!

Whoever owns this franchise restaurant should be ashamed. The staff are extremely disrespectful/lazy/rude, the restaurant is always out of everything and it takes FOREVER to DoorDash an order even when the restaurant has ample time to prepare the meal before the dasher arrives. I can’t imagine how this location even profits at this point.

My food was cold absolutely nothing was warm even though when I ordered it asked for fresh food, even asked her again was the sandwich fresh and she confirmed to me that it was. The food and the service was terrible

I have tried this place 3 times always for dinner and EVERY SINGLE TIME there has been an issue with my order, it was either canceled, they didn't have what I want or it was bad food.
This time I placed my order more than an hour before close and when I showed up we were told they were in the middle of closing and that the only sides we could choose from was fries and Cole slaw, which we didn't order. No apology from the manager we were just told oh we're in the middle of closing so if I open anything it's just going to go to waste so those are your options. And to make matters worse the freeze we were forced to take we're cold, so was our chicken. This is the most disappointing visit ever. We receive better service at McDonald's.

Came in to exchange two pieces of chicken. The chicken was purchased an hour prior and I was just getting back to this area as my child had a Dr appointment. I come in there was a man standing at the counter. He greeted me and as I’m explaining a causian lady come out like a super hero face all frowned upon. She say I can something (i failed to catch what she was saying her look on her threw me off) she went on to say she was a Manager while pointing at her chest she can make the determination then after I showed her the chicken that hadn’t been eaten 3 pieces out of 4. She then says that she has to go check cause she doesn’t know cause I didn’t have the receipt. Then a black lady comes out and accises me of not getting chicken from there or it wasn’t today. Saying let me check the receipts from earlier. I mean just really acting as if I’m trying to get something for free all I was requesting was the same piece of chicken. First I was told its just slimey like that to I didnt get it there to itvwas not today to I didn’t get it there at all. The black lady started yelling acting crazy accising me of coming in with attitude. I recorded the whole thing little do they know. I asked how do I have a attitude and you are the only one yelling. I asked for my bag back cause at this point it’s an insult to ones integrity. She then handed me the new pieces pf chicken like she did me a favor and gave me a thigh instead of a breast. I dont eat thighs so my money waisted. They have a 2 star and I see why. Maybe the guy was the lady bf Idk or care . I will never come here again. And I have a social media following over 76k followers will be posting this video I took earlier. Thank you for waisting my time, insulting my intentions and ruining my meal!

I always get great services and encounter the best attitudes at this location, today was no different. Employee by the name of Shondra brought a cheerful tear to my eye by one selfless kind act this evening. Thank you, Shondra. The world and Popeye’s needs many more of you. ❤️

I often try to go to this location to order lunch as I work close by. Each and everytime there is a long wait. Today, I sat at the drive thru speaker for several minutes and was not greeted or told they would be right with me. NOTHING was said at all. There was no one being helped at the window either. No excuse for ignoring customers. I went to Taco bell instead. Do better!

The only reason this gets a 4 star is for the lady running the whole place by herself. Everything else is a 0 the company does not offer proper amount of food or sides to serve due to spending cuts but they won’t lower there prices for food. They don’t like to spend money. No wonder why Popeyes is always dead and nobody here.

poor customer service! In the middle of the day they dont have nothing available. Just close the store! Why when I ask for red beans & rice theyre frozen at 5:30 pm?? Hours after theyre open.

The staff was friendly with how limited employees there were. It was our first time at a Popeyes and realize this isn't the level of quality for all restaurants, but the chicken was not fresh and they were out of a lot of food. For the price we paid, it was not worth our money nor coming back. Additionally, the soda machines didn't work for most of the flavors. This restaurant has it rough and believe it needs help and management (like the regional manager) to help with any logistical challenges. Not a great first impression and hope it improves over time.

I have tried to purchase chicken on this location many times, but the waiting time is too long to stand by, i decided to give another change ordering inside the store, which i regret deeply, the only person inside giving service, despite of waiting 35 minutes for my order, i asked for a few extra napkins, and the person yelled at me saying she was too busy to give me napkins, and started a non sense scandal, besides the awful service the sides were old and overcooked, avoid going there, i rather recomend other brands, not POPEYES, because literlaly you will Pop your eyes on the service and bad quality of food.
