15 minutes before 10:00 pm which is their closing time and these two boys told me and my little brother that they were closed alrdy, horrible literally had 15 minutes before closing can’t even take my order.

I normally go up the street because this location is slow unless the manager is here, today I forgot to switch the location so I placed a pickup order, the app said to arrive by a certain time I did, there was a line of people , my sub was not ready and they made me wait until they finished up all the people in the line before I received my sandwich, what’s the point of ordering online and having a pickup time if I have to wait 20+ mins , and my sub was not even toasted like I requested

It would be great if this location would honor its operating hours. Drove out of my way to come here, there is a sign on the door that says 'open daily 7am to 10 pm' aaaaannndddd it's closed at 9:17 when I pull up.

Spent over forty minutes waiting for our online order. There was only one other person that came in the store. Not sure if the employee working was just ignoring orders but was just cleaning and talking to the other customer. Not even trying to fulfill orders. Finally someone else came in for their order and was completely ignored. They finally gave up and left without food.

My son and I arrived there Saturday evening at 7:45pm to get an application for him since they are always understaffed. The association, I’m not sure if he was the manager or not, immediately told my son ā€œI’m not making no subsā€. My son said, ā€œI’m here to see if you are hiringā€, he told my son ā€œI ain’t hiringā€ with much attitude. This store doesn’t have to worry about me or my family ever going there for service again. FYI to the manager…be careful who you talk to, you never know who they are or who they know.

So this store is out of steak AND chicken my bread was hard seems very old. So that leaves me to believe that the meat, they do have is most likely OLD. The employee was the only one in the store all day, this is not okay as there is a lunch rush everyday around 12 noon. THERE WERE NO STORE MANAGERS OR NO MANAGER AT ALL IN THE STORE WITH THIS EMPLOYEE. THIS IS RIDUCULOUS TO HAVE SOMEONE IN THE STORE THEIR ENTIRE SHIFT ALONE. Also, with management being fully aware of the situation with the supplies, no one had common decency to place a sign on the door stating they were out of chicken, and steak. Just continue to do business as usual without necessities. I was in the store for over 30 minutes getting 2 sandwiches. The employee is doing her best so I'm not mad at her, however I am mad at the managers that run this store. A toddler can run a store better than this.

waited in line for 20 mins to order and an employee never spoke to me :| there was 4 customers in line, they helped the person in front of me and then for some reason disappeared into the back and left us 3 remaining customers just standing there. I love the one employee that was there Friday morning by herself. She had a lot of customers and online orders but she was working hard to get everyone. She even did a simple online order she had and two customers that was in line. She definitely deserves a raise. I thought she was a manager but she wasn't.
