My son and I arrived there Saturday evening at 7:45pm to get an application for him since they are always understaffed. The association, I’m not sure if he was the manager or not, immediately told my son “I’m not making no subs”. My son said, “I’m here to see if you are hiring”, he told my son “I ain’t hiring” with much attitude. This store doesn’t have to worry about me or my family ever going there for service again. FYI to the manager…be careful who you talk to, you never know who they are or who they know.

Mold growing on food case right beside of veggies - horrible customer service .. was waiting for 5 mins while the store was empty when I noticed the mold growing.

So this store is out of steak AND chicken my bread was hard seems very old. So that leaves me to believe that the meat, they do have is most likely OLD. The employee was the only one in the store all day, this is not okay as there is a lunch rush everyday around 12 noon. THERE WERE NO STORE MANAGERS OR NO MANAGER AT ALL IN THE STORE WITH THIS EMPLOYEE. THIS IS RIDUCULOUS TO HAVE SOMEONE IN THE STORE THEIR ENTIRE SHIFT ALONE. Also, with management being fully aware of the situation with the supplies, no one had common decency to place a sign on the door stating they were out of chicken, and steak. Just continue to do business as usual without necessities. I was in the store for over 30 minutes getting 2 sandwiches. The employee is doing her best so I'm not mad at her, however I am mad at the managers that run this store. A toddler can run a store better than this.

waited in line for 20 mins to order and an employee never spoke to me :| there was 4 customers in line, they helped the person in front of me and then for some reason disappeared into the back and left us 3 remaining customers just standing there. Not to mention a 84.5 sanitation rating, Jersey mikes it is

I love the one employee that was there Friday morning by herself. She had a lot of customers and online orders but she was working hard to get everyone. She even did a simple online order she had and two customers that was in line. She definitely deserves a raise. I thought she was a manager but she wasn't.

As you walk in there is a print out of the managers name on the door. as the guy was ordering i look up and there is a grade B on the wall 84. I have been a restaurant manger for over 30 years for you to get a B youre restaurant has to be VERY NASTY. then he takes a knife to cut my sandwich and he dips it in some type of solution like water instead of drying it off he slings the water off. He was also by himself or I would bet my life savings the other employee was in the back on there phone. Then I went back 2 days later and they had taken the health dept grade off the wall probably embarrassed for guests to see. If I was the manager there I would not wont my name on the door of a B restaurant. And as to the employee that was by him self shame on the Co. for making him work alone if he was.

Had to wait in line for 25 min to be helped due to only one person working. The other worker showed up 15 min late to her shift. There were 4 people ahead of me plus 5 behind me. Once I got to eat my sub my grilled chicken was still cold and the Mayo had a weird smell and was runny. Definitely will not be back to this subway location.

This place is GARBAGE: Sanitation score was 84.5 on March 18th, 2024, short staffed, they had one employee who was just standing on the front line on her phone & her nails were extremely long. Yuck!!! Told us that they were out of Tomatoes?. I most definitely won’t be back to this location

To the management:What are y’all doing with your lives? I waited thirty minutes after my online order time. As I stand here the line is almost out the door because you left two brand new employees to work alone (both kind souls I might add).There is a lady doing inspection of food quality and she is commenting on the food temperatures not being regulated well. Concerning!Readers: search past reviews on this subway. You won’t ever want to come to this location.
