Had to wait in line for 25 min to be helped due to only one person working. The other worker showed up 15 min late to her shift. There were 4 people ahead of me plus 5 behind me. Once I got to eat my sub my grilled chicken was still cold and the Mayo had a weird smell and was runny. Definitely will not be back to this subway location.

This place is GARBAGE: Sanitation score was 84.5 on March 18th, 2024, short staffed, they had one employee who was just standing on the front line on her phone & her nails were extremely long. Yuck!!! Told us that they were out of Tomatoes?. I most definitely won’t be back to this location

To the management:What are y’all doing with your lives? I waited thirty minutes after my online order time. As I stand here the line is almost out the door because you left two brand new employees to work alone (both kind souls I might add).There is a lady doing inspection of food quality and she is commenting on the food temperatures not being regulated well. Concerning!Readers: search past reviews on this subway. You won’t ever want to come to this location.

Took me a month to leave this review but here it goes. Arrived 45 minutes before posted closing time, three workers, three people in line. I was told I would not be served because the person last in line was the last customer before closing. 45 minutes, really?? Went to another Subway location and they were 5 minutes to closing and had cleaned up everything and still served me. I think getting workers for food service is challenging in today’s economy but you really should stay open until your posted hours say you are not. Otherwise just close sooner and post it as so!!! How hard is that? It’s inappropriate for a business to operate in this way.Update. I live close to this location so let’s give it another try, everyone deserves a second chance right? It’s a Thursday at 1pm. No indication they are closed, Google doesn’t say they are shut down, but no lights on, doors locked, ghost town inside. How is this place still here? subway seriously this is shameful, just shut this place down already and give this location up! It’s a serious threat to your reputation as a legitimate business. I watched 7 people go up the door in disappointment in the 5 minutes it has taken me to update this review… there’s clearly demand here, this place should be thriving. Whoever runs this place does not deserve the franchise, sell it to someone else please!!

Today is October 19, 2023. I am in hotel management. I went into subway today around lunchtime. The young lady making the subs. Was mentally taking everybody’s order, making the subs in a fast manner. While assisting the lady on the register. She made the entire sub. While assisting the lady on the register. There were many guests. And everybody was serviced in a timely fashion. Orders made correctly. This young lady should be recognized for her hard work and dedication to your company. I was in amazement.

I have frequented this establishment very often since I was a kid.It's my local and near by subway, which I have enjoyed always visiting.Except for this past visit.The food was good as to expect,but the service was truly awful not just to me but to other kind customers.The horrible and rude employees name was Autumn she was rude verbally to 2 elderly ladies who were just trying to place an order. Being snappy and quiet aggressive with her tone towards the customers.Not to mention her repremanding her coworker who was genuinely kind and polite to everyone.With enteractions like these I wouldn't return to this establishment to be disrespected when me and other folks are just trying to order food.Especially if their being rude to older folks.

Sooooo tired of places saying they are understaffed.. it was 705.. sign in door said they were closed at 7. Door wasn't locked. 2 associates were leaning on counter just hanging out. When I opened the door they just said we are understaffed... Two associates? Most subways I go to, they have usually two only working. I'm guessing that maybe together they equal one.. sheesh

Store was busy and staff of 2 was working hard. On line orders were coming in as the in person line kept full. Cookies and needed pulled out of the oven. Food was tasty.Sign on door stated that 5 specific sanwhiches were not eligible when using a coupon.

Placed my first online order. Went to store and sign on door saud "Closed 30 minutes. Baking bread". But door was unlocked mam behind counter asked if I was picking up an online order. I said yes. He replied that it wasn't ready and offered me a water cup while they were waiting on 2 other customers. That was fine I wasn't in a hurry. 2 workers, I believe a coworker called out and they seemed overwhelmed and locked doors and refused service to a couple other customers. They were fine. I don't believe locking the doors was the right thing to do, they could have just communicated better.

The only place with turkey based cold cuts, thus the ever popular cold cut combo. And a lesson in the price of eating out. $3 for double meat, and I wouldn't have imagined I'd pay $10 for a 6" Subway sandwich. Still worth it. Very pleasant and hard working teammates, efficient at their job. I applaud them.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub, which is nice for those choosing that option.
