Ordered through the drive thru and got a steak quesadilla. Ate one of the quesadilla slices, and on the next one, THERE WAS LONG HAIR COOKED INTO MY QUESADILLA. Absolutely disgusting. Already left the area when I realized it. Just threw the whole thing out.

If I could give zero stars I would, we order at this taco bell as a group for the past 3x times we have ordered our food has been missing, and when it’s brought up that food is missing the workers looks at my coworker as if he was crazy.

Breakfast crew obviously hasn’t been trained properly. I have never had a wrap look so bad and it was cold. One of them had virtually no egg on it (guessing they ran out). Supposedly their ice machine still doesn’t work. Soda had no flavor.

Ordered through doordash tonight as I have not eaten all day. My entire order was made completely wrong and ice cold/soggy as if it had been sitting for a while. The tomatoes on my crunchwrsp were almost brown and just mush and the lettuce was limp as all get out. My drink was also completely wrong.

Extremely inconsistent product. With prices this high, a taco should be full, a burrito should be full. 75% of the time I buy from here I get half the food that I should (in terms of portion) and frankly I'm tired of rolling the dice. I grew up on Tbell and enjoy it once a week and I'm tired of gambling my hard earned money to get a half passed product. This only happens if the employees are trained to skimp on food. I was also told I need to reenter the line (of only 3 cars) to get an extra order of avocado before I even paid for the original order. Yikes

So every time that I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell they always slap stuff together & I always order add-ons which make the price of each item really expensive and I was trying their new cheesy Chalupa box with the cilantro and onion and there was like two onions on my Chalupa and all I asked from them was some more onion and cilantro and there’s like a whole line of people Waiting for their food and they’re telling me that I need to wrap around and waste more time even though they told me at the beginning right when I got to the speaker that it would be a 15 minute wait to take my order ( also being rushed while ordering) I told them why can’t you just give me onions and cilantro right here why is it such a big deal and they’re like oh well our drive-through times already up so much and I’m like so why argue with me there’s just no customer service and satisfaction and then this girl wants to talk about portion size lady please when I’m sitting here spending $20 on a modified box order and you barely put any toppings on my Chalupa and sit there and talk about portion size? I see almost 0 onions on my Chalupa it’s crazy anyways don’t expect your order to be done correctly or nicely and I also asked for the avocado packets at the window and they told me that I have to wrap around for that as well which is super outrageous when you have my card in hand and haven’t even made the purchase yet. Will not be returning I suggest you not either go somewhere else that has better customer service and doesn’t worry about the pinch portion size of onions lol They also don’t take the time to put the things neatly in the bag they just throw the fries and chips in there and they spill all over the bag for you to pick up which is super annoying. Btw there was like 4 or 5 people there. I used to work in fast food and we accommodated people all the time. Home girl at the window asked me to open my chalupa and show her how many onions are on there. At that point I just looked and her and was like it’s not that deep and drove away. Like I get fast food jobs can be rough but dang we all work for our money and I be dammed if you wouldn’t want your order correct.. if you were paying for it.

I haven’t had Taco Bell in a long time. I don’t really know why, but I decided to try it again today. What made my experience stand out was the older lady running the registers at the front. She’s awesome. I love her. I accidentally dropped my burrito on the floor because I am a little silly (stupid) and she just happened to come by and ask if everything was OK so I told her and she just got another one because she’s the best.
Promote her.
Give her more money
Make her the regional manager
Whatever you have to put her in a position to pay her more because she’s awesome.
The food was pretty good too, so props to everyone else who works here.
