Pleasurable experience. As a person with limited experiences to various teas and spices, I was blown away by this shop. Claire and Maria are passionate and very knowledgeable on all of their products and took the time to understand my taste preferences. If you’re looking for flavor, this is the place.

We stopped in today on a Sunday afternoon and absolutely loved the place. The new owner has brought energy and life into the shop. There was an actual conversation around their joy about being part of the downtown Kannapolis community. This is what Kannapolis needs and should be about - a passionate small business owner genuinely happy to be part of her community. Also, the tea and spices are superior. Go show them some love!

What an amazing store and friendly staff! Lil Debbie gave us a tour of the store and did a fantastic job explaining the different sections and recommendations for each. My wife and I had some wonderful cold teas that they made for us. Sampled the Pirate’s Bite Spice Blend and was hooked. Took a grinder of that home along with a few other items.

What a lovely experience at The Spice & Tea Exchange! From the moment we walked in, the store was warm, inviting, and filled with amazing aromas. Maria and Claire were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different products, offer recommendations, and answer all of our questions with such kindness and enthusiasm. Their passion for what they do truly made the visit special. If you love quality spices, teas, and exceptional customer service, this is definitely a place worth visiting!

claire and maria were AMAZING!! claire helped me find the perfect teas for what i was looking for, i came in having no idea what was what and claire asked me about my favorite flavors/scents and told me exactly which ones were what! please stop by here if you get a chance, i had a grand ol time!

The staff here are so friendly and I am absolutely obsessed with their spice mixes. There has not been a single spice mix I've purchased that wasn't delicious! The seasonal teas are amazing as well, definitely worth stopping in.
