Have visited Vells several times and love the chicken mac and cheese and sweet potatoes..Can't wait to order again..like 14 min...

The food is always good and I love the selection. I dont eat beef or pork so most of the time I only have fish or chicken, but with Vells there's so many more delicious options! You can tell that they cook with care! Also, those desserts are amazing!!
Vell's-Soul Food with a Twist offers a mix of hits and misses, with the Turkey Ribs being tender and delicious. The Mac, yams, and Southern Style Green Beans are homemade delights. The Soul Roll and store-bought Cornbread may not suit everyone's taste. The Owner is awesome, and the friendly staff make up for it. It's a clean, drama-free spot perfect for family gatherings, with wheelchair accessibility for all. The food is cooked fresh and always amazing. The menu is growing with vegetarian options, and the kid's menu is enough to fill any hungry teenager. Portions are huge, and the chicken meal is so much better and cheaper than other places. The parking is a bit funny, but once you get in, you are good.
