Was really looking forward to my honey butter chicken sandwiches this morning and when I get to work and open my sandwiches, whoever was working in the kitchen had put mayonnaise on my sandwiches instead of honey butter. Don’t really understand how that works, but glad to know Wendy’s will just change your order whenever they want to

Melissa the manager makes this whole place miserable not only are they very rude to customers they are rude to their employees also. I have never met somebody so rude as this manager Melissa. I bought a couple of Boo books for the treat or treaters and when I took my four grandchildren and I gave them each a coupon to get a small miniature free Frosty as per the coupon and the manager Melissa said only one coupon could be used. This is not what the Boo books say. I left with four crying children because they will not honor their coupons I drove up the street by the hospital where that Wendy's honored the coupons. This manager needs to be fired. I will be calling corporate Monday. Don't bother wasting your time if you have a coupon they will not honor it if Melissa Wendy's big dog manager is working. I have never had a problem at a different Wendy's and I never had a problem at this Wendy's until I dealt with this lady 2 days in a row. I would give zero Stars if I could, this Wendy's is horrible

I assume this restaurant is hanging on by a thread as the dining area is never open. I've ordered here twice and been told they are out of stock of chili or baked potatoes. My general impression is management is slack and does not give a damn.

I’d leave 0 stars if possible disgusting attitudes and disgusting people outside smoking when it’s busy. Every night someone pissed off inside working and it’s reflected in how they interact with customers. I’ve gave S Cannon fast food places enough chances trying to get my own food or uber orders and now I’m reviewing everytime I have a bad interaction!

If you want to use the app in drive thru don't come to this location!!! I am a regular and not being able to use the app in drive thru is a constant issue. The employees told me last time come inside to use the app, however the doors are often locked there drive thru is only option. I will give them credit that they will cook your food fresh. However ordering based off an app offer then being told you can't use offer and have pay expensive amount is ridiculous!! This happened today where inside doors were once again locked and then appx 2 weeks ago.

Don’t go to this location. If you are trying to use the Wendy’s rewards app they will always say that their scanner doesn’t work but the manager is right there and too damn lazy to enter it in.
