I’d leave 0 stars if possible disgusting attitudes and disgusting people outside smoking when it’s busy. Every night someone pissed off inside working and it’s reflected in how they interact with customers. I’ve gave S Cannon fast food places enough chances trying to get my own food or uber orders and now I’m reviewing everytime I have a bad interaction!

If you want to use the app in drive thru don't come to this location!!! I am a regular and not being able to use the app in drive thru is a constant issue. The employees told me last time come inside to use the app, however the doors are often locked there drive thru is only option. I will give them credit that they will cook your food fresh. However ordering based off an app offer then being told you can't use offer and have pay expensive amount is ridiculous!! This happened today where inside doors were once again locked and then appx 2 weeks ago.

Don’t go to this location. If you are trying to use the Wendy’s rewards app they will always say that their scanner doesn’t work but the manager is right there and too damn lazy to enter it in.

I ordered 2 biggie bag meals 1 JR bacon meal and 1 crispy chicken meal. They put 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and got an attitude when I called about the mess up and told me to bring the sandwich back tomorrow because I don't have a ride to bring it back because my lady has gone to work with the car. SMH they didn't even take my name didn't give me no receipt or anything BAD FOR BUSINESS

This was hands-down, THE single most awful experience I've ever had with customer service, anywhere, ever. I ordered online and was late picking it up because I went to the wrong location. I got there, and there were at least 5 employees I could see, and no one even bothered to look up at me. I looked around for the mobile pickup area, and noticed it was behind the counter. Since it was already paid for, and I was 15min late, I assumed it would be ready, so I spoke up and said "I'm just here to pick up a mobile order." Two people looked at me, and with an attitude, said, "we will be with you in a moment." A few minutes later, I noticed the young man at the counter mentioned my order by saying my initials. He said to another coworker "im working on AS, but SP is done." I knew he was talk8ng about my order because the initials of the card I used were SP. So I spoke up. I said SP is me, that's my order. He looked at me and acknowledged me but made zero effort to do anything to help me. I stood there for 15min while he helped this cute girl who he had more in common with, and continued to ignore my existence. Finally, I said "is my order not complete at all? Is there any of it that I could have? Is any of it ready?" He said "oh, it's ready," grabbed a bag on the shelf, and handed it to me. He said my drinks were on the counter. These had been sitting on the counter the entire time I had been waiting. I asked him "you couldn't just hand me the bag and tell me that these are my drinks?" He said, "oh, I just got those." This was a blatant lie. I had been standing there watching the whole time, the drinks had been sitting there almost as long as I had. I told him, "I have been standing quietly and patiently, not causing any problems, why couldn't you just hand me my food?" He had no response. Not only was the service by-far THE worst service imaginable, but I was missing half my order! Never again. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. IT IS ATROCIOUS. I am a nurse and I devote my life to helping all kinds of people. I would never dream of treating ANYBODY this way, especially for no reason. Completely unacceptable.

Should have known the food would be horrible when the drive through window was filthy. My bun was so stale half was hard as a rock and the burger was cold. The fries were cold and soggy. My daughter's burger was also cold with a slightly less stale bun. Never going here again.
